Closing the sky would require force, and if I recall correctly, you're opposed to anything and everything that might actually help the Ukrainians. You even have been opposing supplying them with weapons so they can defend themselves.
Considering your positions, you don't get to parade around Ukrainian refugees and pretend you actually care, you've made it clear you don't.
