The pro-life group behind a series of undercover Planned Parenthood videos accused the bioservice firm StemExpress late Wednesday of trying to “cover up this illegal baby parts trade” after the company obtained a court order blocking the release of footage.

The Los Angeles Superior Court issued a temporary injunction Tuesday stopping the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video showing three officials from StemExpress, a company that transfers fetal tissue from abortions performed at Planned Parenthood and other clinics to medical researchers.

I seem to remember a basketball team owner's conversation with his mistress being released to the public and no one pressing charges against the woman for releasing that conversation, which did happen in California. And I do know that when ever anti-2nd amendment groups do investigations on gun shows no one presses charges against those people doing the investigating regarding of how many offenses they committed while doing those so called undercover sting operations.I also remember a journalist having an illegal firearm magazine and on tv and no one being punished for that.

I hope the Center for Medical Progress continues to release the videos.

It is highly unlikely that we have seen the end of these video leaks, the judge's actions are so late to the game it is laughable.
 
Doctored videos for the purpose of promoting slanderous lies. I'm not surprised that a judge is following the law.

No that would be painful. What they do is show pregnant women pictures of conservatives and what they stand for and that causes them to naturally miscarry.

Whether I did or didn't complain is irrelevant to the actual law. Besides it was a completely different situation.
The conversation wasn't edited and wasn't surreptitiously recorded.
