Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that Donald Trump lacks the “sanity” to be president of the United States.

“It takes vision, knowledge, judgment, strategic thinking, a heart full of love for the American people, and sanity to be president of the United States,” the Democrat told The Atlantic’s editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, in an interview today at The Atlantic Festival.

“To be sane is probably an important characteristic to have if you’re going to have control over our nuclear weapons. Don’t you think? I don’t think he’s on the level,” Pelosi said. “His thinking is not straight. Not on the level.”

Putin has no reason to negociate until after our elections. If Trump wins, he will win his war fairly quickly. If Harris wins, he still may win his war depending on the make-up of the Hoouse and Senate If the Dems take both the House and Senate and the oval office, Russia will put a lot of pressure on Putin to look for a way out sooner rather than later. The election results will likely be messy for Putin to interpret through 2015 when some Ukrainian funding measures will come up for test results.
 
As much as I consider Nancy Pelosi a corrupt, aristocratic, relic of Congress she also happens to be correct on this one.
 
Put Pelosi’s hands in casts, and she can’t say a ****ing thing. It would be a blessing for the entire country. It’s called inhibited subvocalization. Of course it’s bullshit because sociologists are involved, but in Pelosi’s case, I like it. Never say sociologists haven’t made up some marginally useful crap.
