In large part, you’re correct that we get what we see and hear with Trump. You get what you see and hear with Trump. It's all out on the table. That's not a fraud, that's just a personality that doesn't appeal to you. That's subjective.
A lying loudmouth ignoramus white nationalist bigoted anti-patriotic piece of ****.
Like the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 that Trump told the public “is going to cost me a fortune, this thing, believe me”, and later after signing the new law, told his friends at mar-a-lago, “You all just got a lot richer”. The same tax law that gave huge permanent breaks to corporations, while giving modest temporary breaks to 99% of Americans? The fraud is one who outwardly appears one way, but behind the scenes is scheming something else altogether.
Or like when Trump promised Americans enrolled in ACA that he would “immediately” replace Obama’s health care law with a plan of his own that would provide “insurance for everybody”? The same ACA that he is currently working to completely eliminate without even an outline of a replacement currently?
Or what about Trump’s claim that “99%” of cases “are totally harmless”, even though the mortality rate is actually 4.5%. Or his claim that "Coronavirus numbers are looking MUCH better, going down almost everywhere. Big progress being made!", even though only a handful of states are leveling off, whole many more are seeing increases?
Trump’s habitual, pathologic even, pattern of lying is well documented. Only someone who is in a deep, deep state of denial or an utter moron would argue otherwise.Trump is speaking the truth and you don't like it. Have a cookie.
There is no justifiable reason for illegally tearing down monuments. The will of the people is now being listened to by elected state officials across the country. Protestors should go to their representatives and seek to remove the offensive monuments by legal means. The rage mob is tearing down statues of people who fought to end slavery. They're ignorant, rabid, and violent. I assure you that erasing history is just a part of it; they want to rewrite history as well.
Again, for those who are confusing taking down offensive monuments with erasing history, the first does not, in any way, erase history. Every time a monument to a Confederate soldier is taken down that person and his deeds are not magically erased from history books and other historical records.
