Nothing I said matches your post here, the hyperbole of claiming I'm saying it didn't get done or suggesting it.
I said it got done, despite him. He was simply there, or his people were, for some of the final negotiations with people who had been in talks for years, about a decade, about this. He showed up for the signing because Israel saw an opportunity to stroke his ego by involving him. He nor his people actually provided any relevant or additional input. Without them, the same thing would have happened.
