Opinion: Ilhan Omar promotes socialist nonsense as her wealth skyrockets. What a hypocrite.

It is asinine, dishonest, and evil propaganda to talk about "rich communists", as opposed to the oligarch billionaires who are threatened - a little bit - by the people who support the American people. These false attacks are nothing but trying to serve the oligarchs, wittingly or unwittingly, by attacking people trying to help the American people. And left-wing economics are all about helping nearly all people be wealthier.

Socialism for thee but not for me!
It IS funny how these rich Communists and Socialists of the Left want to foist their stupid, disastrous policies on the rest of us while themselves enjoying the fruits of Capitalism and living high on the hog.

She lives in a capitalist country. She should make all the money she can. Do you complain that the country's libertarians still have access to 911, our roads, libraries, etc?

Some people did some things.

Does the OP even understand what Socialism is? Or how it is practiced in a modern free market economy?

There seems to be this idea that anyone who wants public money spent on the public good must also take a vow of poverty for themselves. That with any degree of altruism comes some degree of self-deprivation.

You're confusing it with religion. It was Christ who said rich people couldn't get into heaven, not Karl Marx.

Such a stupid analogy. You cant force me to pay for something I do not want then call me a hypocrite for using what you forced me to pay for

"forced"? You mean you *live* here, and other people made decisions about how our economy would run and your only option is to take part? That as long as external forces more powerful than you controls how our economy works, you just have to live as the society asks us to?? Is...is that your argument?

You really need the term 'forced' explained to you?

If you claim to be a libertarian, and do not live off the grid at the very least, you are a hypocrite apparently.

No, evidently you do. Why are you forced to do anything in this country any more than Omar is? She, like you, a full blooded American citizen, must live and operate within the guidelines our agreed society and republic lays out. You can leave. You don't have to live here. Go live your values, my man! Stop paying into this socialist Ponzi scheme.

Howso? Lets say I oppose the concept of Social Security and would like to opt out. But im not allowed. So for my entire life 15% of every dollar I make is taken from me and pumped into programs I oppose. How is it then hypocritical for me to draw from SS when I become eligible? Answer--its not.

Brilliant. So in order to be free I must leave the nation founded upon the principles of liberty. Another poor argument by you.

You can leave. Bye!

I agree. I not the one who made the absurd claim that the Congresswoman from Minnesota was a hypocrite. That is someone else saying people who participate in a society they wish to improve are hypocrites.

You just said someone who is an American citizen has no right to be a capitalist. Do you even know what thread you're in or argument you're trying to make? :ROFLMAO:

You could have left at any time.
