Unfortunately you are wrong.The prosecution is setting up a visual of a man that was overly-zealous. They're playing the long game. The defense is trying to stamp out every little brush fire they see, ignoring the huge forest fire ahead of them.
Each 'stamping out' prevents a fire from even growing.
I wonder how many more witnesses the prosecution is going top call to support the defense?
Except that isn't a fact, but bias.Except for the fact Z chased the person.
