Each 'stamping out' prevents a fire from even growing.

I wonder how many more witnesses the prosecution is going top call to support the defense?

Looks like Obrian (HOA Prez) is making it clear to the jurors Z was a self motivated one man police department, including enforcing the parking rules.

The analysts are anticipating W8 next. Just their guess, but basing it on the case going poorly for the prosecutors so far today. Get some momentum back.

Wouldnt put much stock into the livefeed comments as they are not very reliable.

W8 will do damage to the state not to defense counsel

I would never say they are 100%, but I find it reasonable to listen to successful attorneys to get their take. Apparently you do not like that. Shrug.

Being scared or being apprehensive differs from being in fear of serious bodily harm or death

The term/concept *contemporaneous* (applicable to self defense) will play an important point in all of this

I pointed out a couple of weeks ago Mortimer does not understand the SD law as well as he claimed and generally it is a very pro Z feed which is fine but not a reliable source.

The totality of his actions prove he was the aggressor which means he provoked the fight. It is impossible to provoke violence and not violate the law.
