Opening statements.[W:458]

Re: Opening statements.

No, he used the hypnotic "skip" to lure Z to an ambush.

Knowing for certain Z would be unable to resist exiting his vehicle, M could be confident in knowing he wouldn't be sitting in the bushes in the rain all night.

Or something.like that.

Oh, forgot he was also singing some song to Z as he was skipping away, putting on his brass knuckles, stashing his grenade launcher and planting his new coco field.

Re: Opening statements.

How sad.
You don't know the evidence do you.
Hate to break it to you. The PA was not the only one who saw the injuries. Duh!

The swelling was seen. As West stated today, big bumps from getting his head slammed.

That is a condition known as "edema". It is common and easily diagnosable. Zimmerman was not diagnosed with edema to the back of the head.

And I also hate to break it to you, that his actually injuries really do not matter as to the a reasonable belief of great bodily harm or loss of life as required to use self defense.
The fact that he was injured only goes to support the fact that he was attacked. Duh!

Zimmerman needs to corroborate his story, otherwise he is a liar who will have little or no credibility with the jury. That's why the fact that his injuries are not consistent with the attack he claims to have suffered is important.

And I doubt anybody really cares about your"cognitive dissonance in trying to hold tow contradictory cognitions.

Rational people care about cognitive dissonance. That's what makes them rational. Irrational people proudly display their cognitive dissonance and then respond with hostility when having it pointed out to them. Such is the myopia of being irrational.

Re: Opening statements.

I really dont care either way. By law it doesnt matter since Z was the aggressor by chasing him. I just wanted to see where the State said T touched him first and nobody could verify that.
Wrong, as to the law, as to chasing, and as to Zimmerman being the aggressor.
was clearly the aggressor.

And as we know it was seen by others.

His account is corroborated by the evidence and his injuries.
If you fail to recognize that, you do not live in reality.

And you are failing at being rational.

Re: Opening statements.

That was you who didn't have one.
So again, you have no argument.
There you go again being dishonest. :doh
That was you who didn't have one.
So again, you have no point.

Re: Opening statements.

There's a good point made by Z's lawyer... Z had his keys in hand and was headed back to his truck when he was punched by Martin, that's why they were found at the "T" because he dropped them after the punch... Why else would he have those keys in hand?

Circuimstantial, yes... But again, it seems to back up Zimmermans version of events, as well as place the beginning of the confrontation at the "T".

Wasn't the working flashlight the one on the keychain?

Re: Opening statements.

zim toast.webp

Damn we should all be so lucky to equal something so tasty.

Yes. Pudgy Zimmy will be considered a tasty treat as he spends the rest of his life in prison.

I never said there were no injuries, I am saying they were essentially superficial. As a critical care RN of 30 years and as a mom o.....I think everything I saw classified as superficial. No stitches, nor CT scan. No MRI. Nothing that made the PA think....crap. get this guy a stitch....look for further damage, get an MRI or CT scan.....

Until I hear expert witness say that the injuries were more serious and I hear an expert say that one can have their head repeatedly get his head SLAMMED against concrete with relatively minor injury, I stand by what I said . But If they can back Zimmerman up, I am open to what they say.

Re: Opening statements.

Is that what you think will happen?
That's nice.

That's not what I think will happen ...I know.

If Trayvon put his hand over Zimmy's bloodied mouth and nose why was there no trace of any blood on Trayvon's hands?
Every time Zimmy tells his story, it changes.
The jury can see that.

Knock knock...:lamo

Oy vey.

The injuries do not matter as to the requisite reasonable fear of great bodily harm or loss of life in order for Zimmerman to use deadly force.
He doesn't even have to be injured.
The injuries support that he was attacked and being beaten. Period.
was on top and he couldn't get away. He screamed for help, and even asked for it from a neighbor.

Was that before or after he shot him?

Because if it was before this first I heard of it.

You know nothing then.

iLOL
Can you show when he started outwardly bleeding.

Every time Zimmy tells his story, it changes.
The jury can see that.
As you are wrong, they wont see that.

Knock knock...:lamo
Yes, we know nobody is home.

Re: Opening statements.

I missed it.. Was the clerk in court? How tall is OMara?

Then you probably missed that George's car was pointing towards the T, just as Zimm indicated, and there is a witness to attest to that and George was alone in the car - no Shellie, etc.

But I do not know how tall Omara is.

Re: Opening statements.

Are you serious?
You are trying to participate in debate without knowing the evidence?
Damn! :doh

OK.. as a critical care RN how often do you get stitches on people at least 1 day after the injury? What? Never? Then why would the PA?

I have assumed for months that George's truck was pointed towards the T.. but George jumped out of his truck as soon a TM began running. When did GZ move it? Was he talking to NEN and still driving?

Prosecution's direct.
Contains video showing was distinctly taller than the clerk.

Defense's cross. @ 02:20 height comparison with O'Mara.

There you go squawking and parroting like Yerbuti does.

Doesn't change the fact that you were being dishonest.

The truck is right where I (and he) has always said it was. Pointing the headlights down towards the T.
