Testimony is evidence. We have testimony that Trump knew the crowd was armed. We have video of Trump telling them to go to the capitol. We have a text telling them it will be wild. We have testimony that Trump was aware of, and in favor of, the plans to interrupt the electoral vote count. So, yes, there is evidence that Trump knew a riot would ensue and that was part of his plan.

Trump definitely knew there would be an armed invasion of the capital that he intended to lead and it wasn't to delay, it was to kill members of congress, Pence unless he joined the coup, and then they were going to seize the voting machines, void the election, and Trump would be a dictator. Democracy would have ended.
