Now the crooked Schiff says

Why? This is old news.

Because what you are saying about Flynn is untrue. He plead guilty. His new attorneys have sold him on complete lunacy, he will no longer get credit for his cooperation. I feel bad for Flynn because of his hiring of Sidney Powell, she is doing him a disservice in order to sell her new book. She is a desperate hack.

Because there are reports that the FBI agents doing the interview did not believe he lied. This fact surfaced long after the plea had been made and accepted. Whether it is true or not is not clear, but it is an element that should have been available to his defense attorney. Throughout the Mueller investigation we saw a similar pattern of failure to disclose pertinent information, even when require by criminal statute.

Still, it's old news. Why bring it up now? Are you trying to puff up the giant nothing-burger that the Mueller investigation became?

I am relieved there was not Russian collusion, but the Mueller investigation let the world see how insecure and selfish our current President is and always has been.

Mueller did the President a favor with the final report, so did the multiple person within the Administration that ignored Teump’s illegal and dumb requests.

You want to minimize they horrific personnel surrounding the President that’s on you, but sadly it is going to get even worse. No one woth ounce of credibility will join thos Administration.

Please share his name with us and tell us who exactly groomed him. And back it up too. Surely you aren't repeating gossip, and you are actually in the know, to make such a statement.

Well, we already know that Schiff lied about having talked to the whistleblower. Who knows what else he's been up to.

Here's what you said:

This guy isn't a whistleblower. He's a purposely groomed Democrat operative. I guess they thought Trump would never release the call transcript. Oops!

I asked you to provide some evidence of this. Who is the whistleblower and what is his name?

Their impression of how truthful he might have appeared during the interview is not relevant. The conclusion was, essentially, Flynn is a very GOOD liar.

Flynn lied, that is in the record. He has agreed to that record, likely because his calls with the Russians were recorded, so the FBI knew exactly what was said, and that Flynn's account of those conversations was false.

The Mueller probe let anyone with a brain see that fairness and justice were no part of the process. Every lead against a Republican was pursued to the maximum, but every lead toward a Democrat was dropped like a hot potato. For example, Christopher Steele lied to the FBI. Where is the follow up? Where is the indictment. Joseph Misfud was deeply involved in stting Papadopoulos up, but the report makes only passing references. What do they have in common? Possibly links to the Clinton campaign or the Obama West Wing. That is the investigation Trump was pursuing in the call to Ukraine.

It makes all the difference in a criminal case. This is evidence that must be disclosed to the defense. Also, you do not know that Gen Flynn is gifted liar. You just assume it because it is necessary for your flimsy story to work.

It actually doesn't make any difference, and I'm not 'assuming' anything. There is an objective reality here - Flynn lied. He's admitted to lying, because the tapes and his testimony contradict. Here's where Flynn AGREED that he lied. Notice the signature at the end - Michael T. Flynn. Below that are the signatures of his lawyers who represented him on this matter.

Your jaded and conspiracy theories are not factual. Stop reading the Federalist it will rot your brain.

All discovery was handed over, it has so abundantly clear you do not understand facts and have chosen to become a person who needs to believe conspiracies.

What's your point? Whether he agreed to plead no contest or guilty is semantics.

As noted in other posts, the government seems to have withheld material evidence from the defense.

Now I will have to subscribe.

I am guessing you never read anything with a differing opinion. Maybe you need to start the Federalist.

I have read the Federalist and the other rightwing stuff, but I also read and understand Flynn’s guilty plea and the court testimony from his court appearances.

What I have posted is based on the facts.

LOL, admitting he lied, signing a document officially admitting to it in a legal proceeding, is "semantics." :2rofll:

This attorney is trying to sell books. Mike Flynn is getting screwed by her.

Juvenile a little? Pleading guilty vs pleading no contest is semantics. You knew that and wanted a cheap joke.
