Notes From The Didache On The Early Christian View Of Abortion

This forum is for discussion of abortion. Not the law or it would be more appropriate in Law & Order forum.

That's a load of crap since that's almost all that is discussed in this forum...legislation surrounding abortion.

That's one of your lamest and most obvious lies yet.

If you wanted to discuss ONLY religious or moral aspects of abortion, then it belongs in the Beliefs and Skepticism forum.

My topic stands as to why abortion is wrong.

And it's based solely on the Christian God. So let me slightly re-phrase my post:

Is there a reason that a religious belief that millions dont share should matter to them? Why should they be concerned either way? There is a much safer medical procedure that woman can have that enables them to keep working, continuing their education, not being sick and in pain, risking their lives over 9 months, etc.

life. You can justify abortion anyway you want. But stopping a heartbeat is murder.

We "stop heartbeats" all the time and arent charged with murder. See: abortion, self-defense, pulling the plug, etc.

So your statement is wrong. Besides...you just TOLD me this was not about the law...remember?

No, that's not what I told you. Try again.

You were the one that made excuses. You were the one that told me I couldnt address the law. So look in a mirror.

Quote me. You are not very good at this are you?

You mentioned the Sermon on the Mount.
MAGA christians should read and heed it.
The Sermon on the Mount is marevelous. Most try to live up to its messages. Maga Chrisitians are trying and succeding no less than you.

And? My statement is correct. It’s a discussion on abortion. Not just what you want to discuss which is the law. Glad you figured that out.

And you tried telling me what I could and couldnt discuss in a forum where we discuss the law all the time...so you overstepped. And I laughed at it.

Now...who says abortion is murder? Your Bible? OK. That's nice...what if people that dont believe in your Bible...or for their personal reasons...also dont believe it's murder or wrong? Here it is again:

If they dont think it's wrong, why should they be concerned either way? There is a much safer medical procedure that woman can have that enables them to keep working, continuing their education, not being sick and in pain, risking their lives over 9 months, etc.

If you don't want to consider law, then you cannot say or imply abortion is murder, as you did before in your post #15. You defeat your own statement or point.

It’s straight up murder. It’s just tolerated by an evil culture.

Nothing more than your opinion and one contradicted by actual law. Besides, "murder" is a legal term, which you Inferred cannot be discussed.

Look in a mirror.
You repeating my posts isnt debate...it's you continuing to hide. Now...

No I didn’t. I inferred it’s not the title of this thread.

And as I said. Our evil culture tolerates the termination of heartbeats in the womb.

Shhhhhhhhhh! No talking about "law!"

It is murder. I thought I made that clear. 🤷‍♂️

Your OP wasnt about murder...why are you still discussing it? How about focusing on what you have "claimed" it's about...if it's wrong.

I'm politely and directly addressing what you stated. Can you debate it or not?

One doesn’t have to be a Christian to oppose abortion.

I can’t influence the lost who justify silencing a heartbeat in the womb.

Now you shift to another term, "oppose." Can you respond directly to my post or not? You clearly wanted to make a point with your religious example. You clearly asked why it's wrong.

My topic stands as to why abortion is wrong.

Why cant you stick with that and answer?

You're wrong then! That is abundantly and Demonstrably obvious. But you said the law is not the discussion and murder falls under the law. So the law either is part of the discussion or you're being hypocritical. Which i

What is a rational or legal reason to oppose or restrict abortion?
I can’t influence the lost who justify silencing a heartbeat in the womb.
Is that what you're upset about? Because you can't proselytize to someone? Seriously?
