I especially like this finding:

In the coming year, North Korea may leverage possible missile development and sales to win access to more aid and other credits from the United States, Japan and South Korea.

It's as if they were psychic.

No I don't it's the Congressional record IE it's public domain and not subject to copy right laws and I did post a link.

No that rule specifically applies to copyrighted material:

Please do not post entire articles. Proper format is to paraphrase the contents of an article and/or post relevant excerpts and then link to the rest. Best bet is to always reference the original source.

And even if it did apply I didn't post the entire article only the relevant portion of the House Committee Report in relation to U.S. sustainment of the government of North Korea.
