Did you see that the "boxed ICE in" women that was recently shot, had her arraignment postponed as it was due to start? While she is being held without bond?

On the morning of the arraignment, the shooting victim's attorney announced they had video evidence ICE was the aggressor & initiator of the incident, intentionally & unprovoked hitting her vehicle - rather than the other way around. The feds then promptly called-off the arraignment.

We don't know what will happen, but after the other guy that they shot dead was found by public video to be fleeing, rather than attacking them, I think there's at least a reasonable chance ICE is lying again.

Pritzker is right. Keep those video cameras running 24/7, and archive it all. It's the only way out of this. Video them, and let the local government & other various local orgs do their thing in court.

I’ve already submitted evidence where given the choice of the child to stay or go with their parents, from statements from the parents themselves:

"This is false and irresponsible. Rather than separate their families, ICE asked the mothers if they wanted to be removed with their children or if they wanted ICE to place the children with someone safe the parent designates. The parents in this instance made the determination to take their children with them back to Honduras," she said.“

I wasn't involved in nor followed this particular discussion. But, your excerpt does seem to be in concert with my understanding of the matter.

I have seen an administration proposal to pay unaccompanied minors over the age of fourteen $2500 to self deport, but I'm heading out the door and won't argue this at the moment.

I disagree with this.

If they have children that are American citizens, those children have the right to live in the US. If that means that a parent, us citizen or not, has to stay with them, then it should be allowed.

It's unfair to the child to kick them out of their homeland because their parents are not US citizens.

Come on man! Have a heart!

People who are not in the country lawfully are required, by law, to be detained until their status is determined.
Lot of people who are not in the country lawfully.
 
If they're doing illegal things, then sure. What's MAGA like to say? No one is above the law (*except Dear Leader, Party, and Party Loyalists*).

There is due process.
ICE is picking up people who are deportable under the law.
As determined via due process.
OR-- they will receive due process while detained.

When ICE is doing it's job, it picking up illegal aliens. They are not running trying to control crowds, apprehend people who might be throwing objects.

Local authorities should be doing this.
But--- in some areas, they aren't.
So-- other federal support is needed.

Sorry if ICE can't run its' own operations without the aid of locals or weekend soldiers they aren't worth a damn.

The whole thing is a show. Nothing more.

Smart FEDERAL JUDGE, not only did she order them to wear body cams she ordered that they need to be turned on while wearing them!

She was appointed though by President Barack Hussein Obama, so KING MAGAT will have his DoJ find some reason to indict the Judge, a tiny mistake in some real estate transaction, breaking FEC campaign regulations, or not returning a library book back in 1992.

At the very least he will attack her for being some illegitimate lefty lunatic liberal judge.
