It's obvious that some haven't connected the dots. Harris was the second border czar appointed by Joe Biden.

After 100 days on the job, Roberta Jacobson, President Joe Biden’s first border czar, left the role on April 9, 2021, after already “grappling with large increases of migrants attempting to cross into the U.S.,” The Los Angeles Times reported, saying, “Biden’s border czar … is stepping down.”

Before she did, Biden announced in a March 24, 2021, news conference that Harris would be responsible for addressing the southwest border surge that already began within days of him taking office. “I can think of nobody who's better qualified to do this than the former” California attorney general, Biden said.Harris was chosen to lead the effort because “the best thing to do is to put someone [in the role] when he or she speaks they don't have to wonder about where the president is,” Biden said. “When she speaks, she speaks for me. She doesn’t have to check with me. She knows what she's doing. I hope we can move this along [to address the] increasing challenges at our southwest border. No one knows this better than the vice president.”In response, Harris thanked Biden and said, “There's no question that this is a challenging situation. While we are clear that people should not come to the border now, we also understand that we will enforce the law. Because we can chew gum and walk at the same time, we must address the root causes that cause people to make the trek.” She also looked forward to working with Congress “to address root causes of migration. Needless to say, the work will not be easy, but it is important work.”

Why don't you simply admit that it is YOUR OPINION that what the poster wrote was hateful? She has a right to be offended by what you have accused her of writing, imho.

I didn't read anything that implied hate from her. Just like I didn't read anything that implied from Bucky's list for Trump's success that he wanted Trump to be a dictator.

Learn to read more carefully maybe.

She (wrongly) implied that illegals could have and should have done the paperwork to become legal. Implying they were lazy or crooked for not doing so.

It was ignorance. She didn't know that they are not allowed to. That that is what the path to citizenship democrats push for, and Republicans block, would let them do.

I actually find it all very telling. I am good. He can’t actually show ANY words I said that were “hateful”. Thus his ridiculous responses. He has yet to show ONE single word that was “hateful”. I actually had fun with it at first, now he is just being absolutely obtuse.

What is going on here is you are expecting otherwise intelligent people to accept your nonsense as something worthy of consideration. Intelligent people will never do this. It was smoke and mirrors. If she actually bothered, where's her report that addresses the root causes with dignitaries from those countries?
The legacy anti-Trump media knew in fact she didn't do her job, or did a half-assed job, and they covered for her by lying especially when she became Biden's replacement candidate. The facts prove she was appointed as the second Biden border czar when the first one stepped down.

The gambit was set from the beginning. Pretend there was some big “border czar” getting tough and not allowing in illegal aliens when Kamala was in favor of Haitians, Venezuelans, Hondurans, Pakistanis, Mexicans and anyone who wanted to be here to come on in because she is a globalist Marxist like her dad.

For months that led to years she did nothing while we watched videos of them streaming in and sent to red cities. Millions of them, all planned so the teachers would have jobs as well as government workers.
 
We've already had students leave the country.

They seem on track towards a decent (from their perspective) Reconciliation Bill.

The big question is, "What will they learn from it?". Will they learn sticking together provides results? Similar to the Dems? Or, will they devolve into dysfunctional chaos - as usual. With only a single-seat majority, I'm thinking it might be the latter.
