This is not leadership, it is the opposite. If member of the armed forces need to go to some godforsaken country, and they need to get vaccinated for al kinds of diseases from those countries, would the military think it is fine for anti vaccine snowflakes to say, sorry, I don't I like being vaccinated, do you think he would get away with that? I am 100% sure his commanding officer would not take him by his little hand and say "there there snowflake, are you afraid of a little needle? You know what, I am going to let that soldier get away with that? I seriously doubt that. And that is leadership.
