Nazi's did some good stuff... yes or no?

Did the Nazi's do anything good? Yes or no?

Now you're idiotically going to compare something 2,000 years earlier? Why not just debate honestly?
Because it is clear that you are just trying to find excuses so you don't have to admit anything. *shrugs*

You know who gets credit for Base Jumping? The first guy that jumped off a cliff in a depressed state. Like, 10,000 BCE

That's kinda like saying Ted Bundy is not all bad because he worked on suicide help lines in his spare time, it's kinda irrelevant.
Who said that the Nazis were not all that bad? You are the only one engaging in that argument.
5 pounds of ice cream, mixed in with 5 pounds of poop gives you 10 pounds of poop.
Does the ice cream suddenly vanish and the poop doubles in weight in your world? No. It gives you ten pounds of poop ice cream.

Why do you know so much about poop ice cream? What do you do with it and why do you do it?

It's like I explained yesterday.

Your question is irrelevant. The negatives are the story about The nazis.

Just like there were probably some good things about Jeffrey Dahmer, maybe he was well well read, and a whiz at crossword puzzles.

The thing is that isnt really what comes up when talking about him....for good reason.

Asking if the nazis did good stuff is the same kind of silly question as asking about Jeffery Dahmer's good qualities. Irrelevant.

And an affirmative answer is the same either way.

SO WHAT.

I know lots of stuff about things like poop ice cream... Diarrhea Daquiris are one of my favorites, actually.

Asking if Dahmer was good at crossword puzzles is a ridiculous analogy to the Nazis massively reducing poverty and getting the nation turned around financially. Asking if Dahmer helped design a build a children's hospital ward would be analogous... and that would be something worth noting. It does not negate the bad that he did... why do you think that Oscar Schindler is a respected Nazi by the Jews themselves? I take their opinion over yours any day of the week. Why do they honor him? Because of the good that he did. He is still a Nazi that benefitted off of the sweat, labor and death of innocent Jews... but they see that he also did something good.

This really is not a difficult concept... differentiation. Well, maybe differentiating can be for some. @Questerr seems to have trouble with it.

No the analogy is valid.

Both Dahmer and the nazis may or or may not have done some good things........which is wholly irrelevant given the elephant in the room. I. E. The evil stuff they did.

I like how you ignored the rest... and no, the analogy is ridiculous. Context matters. Saying I rescued a butterfly from death and I rescued an human from death are not analogous to anybody who is being honest and wants to be taken seriously. LOL Jeez...

... if that was not enough my Oscar Schindler point seals the win.

Read Mein Kampf on social and domestic policy goals. There isn't 10% difference from the new International progress Democratic Party. Change the word "German" to "American" and you have the open agenda of the Democratic Party.
Except it's you guys the Nazis love - and vice versa! Go figure! It's a match made in hell. Trumpies and Nazis - the terms are interchangeable now.

The Nazis did a couple of things I really liked:

1. They got killed
2. They lost

They can be analogous. Depends on the point being made. The differentiation you are getting at......between Dahmer and the nazis or a butterfly and a human would be relevant in making a 'comparison' but is irrelevant in an 'analogy'.

You are confused. An analogy is not the same as a comparison.

For example, perhaps the most famous analogy, 'life is a box of chocalets' proves my point.

"Life", on the one hand, and " a box of chocolates", on the other, are far more dissimilar than "saving the life of a butterfly" and the " life of a human".

You are just not understanding what an analogy is.

And you talk about mine not being "analogous to anybody who is being honest and wants to be taken seriously. " all the while proving you don't understand what an analogy is.

It is the little things in life that can be so sweet... wait for it. 🤭

LOL :LOL::LOL::LOL:

Definition of analogy

1a: a comparison of two otherwise unlike things based on resemblance of a particular aspect

Uh-huh....

Tell me more... LOL

Sure thing... LOL

Your posts verge on being borderline retarded.

Dude.

You proved you don't really understand what an analogy is.

I just pointed that out. Re-read. Think about it. I am correct.

Now you resort to personal insults.

Sheesh.

PS.

Your definition proves my point.

"a comparison of two OTHERWISE UNLIKE things based on resemblance of a particular aspect"

.....and you arrogantly, but wrongly, say my analogy was bad because the two things weren't alike enough.

Key word: resemblance.

almost anything can be an analogy... the point here is making a valid analogy that honestly attempts to make a valid comparison... I clearly pointed that out.

My point was valid.

Sure, both Dahmer and the Nazis probably did some nice things..........but the point is who cares? It is irrelevant. The story, the massive elephant in the room, is the evil.

My analogy makes this point.
