Astrophysicist, Dr. Jason Lisle explains natural selection from a Scientific Christian perspective and The whole gene thing is entirely interesting to say the very least:

Firstly, scientific christian is an oxymoron.

Did not watch the whole lot but noticed that it is the same garbage of ignorance one usually hears from a christian. He is talking about mutation as being evolution. It is not Evolution does not occur when there are mutations in the genes of one animal no matter how helpful that mutation might be. . Evolution only occurs when the alleles of a species change.

Putting up hour long boring because there full of shit clip that have been debunked many times and only show the ignorance of chritians when it comes to actual science is not going to get you anywhere.

Both creationists and scientists agree that science contradicts biblical creation.

I have posted multiple threads to that effect too.

Wrong. Both Creationists and Materialists agree that Uniformitarianism and Evolution contradict biblical creation.

Natural selection is a core component of evolution. Unless you're also rejecting genetic variation (lol), you've accidentally accepted evolution.

I'd say all of science contradicts biblical creation. Science for the win.

An oxymoron is a contradiction of words. Examples: Old news, Terribly good, Proud humility

Species are limited to their kind ---- which is what he implied.

The ignorance of evolutionists is duly noted by those that ponder all the facts. And your hostility only reveals arrogant pride, but not knowledge on your part.

Species have a wide range of variation possibilities. Example: Lion, Tiger, Cheetah, Leopards, Cat However, they all remain in the general category of feline KIND. Evolution implies a connection betwixt an existing kind and deriving a new kind. In other words, the evolutionist expects all species to have a common ancestor. The Christian scientist realizes that GOD created multiple Kinds, but each Kind's gene pool dwindles as it specializes.

as well as scientific christian.

A useless tautology on hs part
A species is a fundamental unit of biological classification, typically defined as a group of organisms that can interbreed and produce fertile offspring, sharing a common gene pool and reproductive isolation from other groups.

Pointing out that the guy thinks mutations are how evolution happens is just typical of christian ignorance of evolution.
Not hostility just disgust that christians are still trying topush the same old tired lies about evolution.

"Kind" is not a term that has any real definition.

It doesn't.

In no portion of Genesis does it describe the mechanism by which God created things.

It does not. It suggests an existing "kind" changes over generations to better suit changing conditions, as more suitable variations survive to breed and less suitable ones don't.
