Nathan Wade Admitted Mulltiple White House Meetings During Trump Georgia Probe, Transcript suggests

Fair enough.
But then it would need to be a REAL trial and not a show trial.
Where the defendant due process rights are paramount. Where the prosecutor makes decisions based upon law and not politics.
That's what the judge does.

Pretty sure the other male attorney on the team - it was Wade, some other dude, and then a female attorney - is the RICO specialist. This is a nothingburger. My boss doesn't need to be an expert in project/program management - that's MY job.

Next you're gonna tell me that Phil Jackson wasn't as good a basketball player as Michael Jordan! Impossible!

exactly .....the boss doesn't have to be the expert....the employees or contractors however....are required to be experts. Trump couldn't use a table saw to cut a 2x4...yet, he most certainly would make sure his employees can...He doesn't have to know how...the employees do that...(even though he stiffs contractors and employees)

anything to beat Trump

that's been the 8 year plan running
Trump's cult puts on blinders not to see the actual crimes their Dear Leader committed. It's as if they give a mulligan to someone who tried to strong-arm a Secretary of State to "find him" 10,780 votes, so that he could win the state by one vote in GA. It's as if they can't admit that Trump removed classified documents, sent them to his home, refused to return them when asked and declared "they're mine."

you didn't mention Biden's keeping of classified documents when he was VP and for years in a garage - why ?

Biden/Harris cultists can never see their candidates for what they are - I'm used to it

When he found them did he try to avoid trying to give them back? Trump did try, even obstructed the return via a subpoena....that is the difference.

that's the story liberals tell sure

fact remains, a VP kept classified documents for years after leaving office - in his garage

It's factual, not a story. We do know that Trump obstructed return of documents for over 18 months. Can you show us proof that Biden obstructed a subpoena instructing him to turn documents over?

That fact doesn't include many mitigating factors, including the important fact that when they were discovered, he called the FBI to come search for any and all documents that still might be there.

The mens rea would be impossible to convince a jury of. One of the most important factors in deciding whether to bring charges.

Again, I asked for proof that what I said is incorrect

like Kamala's working at McDonalds..... you have to prove what I said was 100% wrong. The burden is on you ... isn't that the game we're playing ?

I already did prove it. We have a subpoena issued to Trump, one he ignored and obstructed. There was no subpoena issued to Biden and he in fact, called to have them retrieve the documents.

Kamala already provided where she worked at McD's on Central Ave in Alameda, California in 1983.

When you can't win at the ballot box, the Democrats went to lawfare which has failed miserably.

Are you geniuses saying, when we heard Trump trying to get the Georgia secretary of state to "find" votes, that was really Biden throwing his voice? The problem with your whole "lawfare" thing is that Trump didn't try to hide his criminality.

It might help if you state what trial you are talking about. Then quote the documents or sources that lend credence to any of what you are claiming. Right now you are doing just what I was referring to.

Any trial...
For anyone...

Willis is the boss.
Wade was the contractor.

The J-6th insurrection was the final act of the attempted coup. She was looking at the entire coup plot that started before the election itself.

Challenging an election in court is evidence of a coup?

I don't think so.
For all the rest of this nonsense, there are many logical reasons for speaking with WH officials. One big one being all the documents left from the prior admin.

The WH is political.
He wants documents, go to the DOJ.

Yes--- but your boss didn't hire you to hire an expert in project managment.
You were hired because you are the expert.

Willis, not Wade, is the boss. She hired him to be the expert.

Which would be a reason to charge Trump, but not Biden, with obstructing a subpoena.

But-- possessing the documents are also against the law.
But only Trump was charged with that...

Wrong. Wade was the lead prosecutor. The boss of the prosecution team.

Willis would be my boss's boss.

Wade wasn't the boss - his girlfriend was. Wade was hired to lead the prosecution. He should have been an expert with RICO - or at the least, a competent prosecutor.

He wasn’t hired to prosecute. He was hired to do research
