Muslims who voted for Trump upset by his pro-Israel cabinet picks

They probably bought into the whole taking rights away from women/misogyny nonsense the left was feeding everyone.

It looks as if MAGA, too, bought into trump's misogyny.

Won't be the last minority group to be left wondering what the hell they were thinking when they supported Trump. Some of the reported minority groups supporting Trump defy any sort of basic common sense. Too much listening to the rhetoric, and not enough rational thinking.

They knew Trump is very pro-Israel!
He didn't hide it from them.

It was their disgust with the Dems that made them go to Trump!
It was a "punishment" vote to the Dems.

Although some Muslims voted for him - not because of the Dems - but because he promise to bring peace to the conflict, and because of the economy.

From the OP's article...

U.S. Muslim leaders who supported Republican Donald Trump to protest against the Biden administration's support for Israel's war on Gaza and attacks on Lebanon have been deeply disappointed by his cabinet picks, they tell Reuters.
"Trump won because of us and we're not happy with his secretary of state pick and others," said Rabiul Chowdhury, a Philadelphia investor who chaired the Abandon Harris campaign in Pennsylvania and co-founded Muslims for Trump.

Too ****ing bad.

It's not Trump's fault they were pissed at the Dems and took it out on them by voting for Trump. Trump never courted their votes. Trump never told them he was pro-Hamas. They have no right to be "disappointed" because nobody on Trump's team told them he was going to do anything for them.

Trump is a President for ALL Americans, but that doesn't mean he's going to support every single thing every American likes. In this case, they should never have thought that Trump would support people who like terrorists.

It really comes down to who gives a chit what the muslims "feel"

They just need to get over it.

This thread is not turning out to be the 'gotcha' thread the OP hoped.

Their desperation clearly continues to mount.

Its going down in flames just like the other thread on the topic.

No misogyny. Just don't belief in abortion. A greater concern for the babies lives than the adults making bad decisions. One of these days maybe we will find a compromise on abortion that most can live with but it's going to take honesty about the issue. Most folks want restrictions.

It's a bit late to be concerned about what "might" happen in Gaza.

Netanyahu is as tuned in to American politics as anyone here. He knew how much of a wedge issue the Gazan War would be for the Democratic Party and how that would impact the 2024 election.

And now with an American government that's 100% pro-Israel and 100% anti-Palestinian, there won't be Palestinians in a few years (or less).

Note to self: Don't attack neighbors, don't torture their wives and don't rape their daughters.
In your view, what is the acceptable number of Palestinian women and children that should be killed in response to every Israeli that were victims of Hamas? Is it 10, 100, 1000?

As many as it takes until all the hostages are released and Hamas is disbanded.

and you will still be killed and have people calling for your death when you have not done anything wrong.

It's a strange position to take, supporting the death of babies and kids because someone else killed people.

Uh huh.

Seventy-one percent of all Palestinians supported Hamas’s decision to attack Israel on October 7 — up 14 points among Gazans and down 11 points among West Bank Palestinians compared to three months ago. Fifty-nine percent of all Palestinians thought Hamas should rule Gaza, and 70 percent were satisfied with the role Hamas has played during the war.
