We are a nation of laws.I want us to abide by the Constitution and all its amendments
Yes, which means the government cannot violate the ConstitutionWe are a nation of laws.
What within the Constitution is being violated?Yes, which means the government cannot violate the Constitution
If you do military road blocks then first civilian law enforcement which is in violation of Posse ComitatusWhat within the Constitution is being violated?
How should it be done properly? If you do military road blocks then first civilian law enforcement which is in violation of Posse Comitatus
Then 4th and Fifth Amendments so go read them ask Google why
I will look at the methodology tomorrow.
Oh come on. It is medicaid assistance for pregnant women and emergencies in NYC. The vast majority of unauthorized immigrants (that's the offical IRS term) do not receive it.
Nice blog. Here's reality:Oh stop.
Thats your whole problem right there.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
"Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for Medicaid or CHIP, and only some lawfully present immigrants qualify subject to eligibility restrictions."

Confusion persists about immigrants’ eligibility for federal programs, with about half or more of U.S. adults and immigrants adults saying they are unsure or incorrectly believe that most immigrants to the U.S. are eligible to enroll in federal health insurance programs, including Medicaid, as...

Offend? Who would be offended?Your need to offend has made your questions incomprehensible.
The person will likely be offended, as the poster admitted to being already, but I would bet skin color is how one tells.Wrong. The government has to prove guilt a person doesn’t have to testify against themselves.
How would you know someone is undocumented by looking at them?
And the gov't is just as forced to have to abide by those laws, rules, and constitution, as do the people. We are a nation of laws.
Clarify if you were talking about employees or employers.Offend? Who would be offended?
My post simply states those illegal workers, hired by illegal employers are simply looking for work just like any other worker does. And for mostly the same reasons, to provide for a family.
That's offensive to you?
Or you are offended because you think you have a good reason to let criminal employers off the hook while punishing the workers they employ?
And what is your reason they are ok to be criminals in your mind?
If so, you are way too easily offended.
Government makes the laws, courts determine their constitutionality, often relative to the times in which we are living, not to mention political bias. And the gov't is just as forced to have to abide by those laws, rules, and constitution, as do the people.
You've been saying that for months now and prices have been going down.
n a stunningly swift overnight change, some Texas farm operations had to shut down after losing virtually all of their workforce, an exodus triggered by the increase in immigration raids and increased enforcement. The ripple effects of these raids are the gift that keeps on giving and will be felt nationwide: unpicked crops are now left unharvested, livestock were left untended, and rural economies are on edge.
This story isn’t just a tale of woe for Texan farms; it's a warning for American agribusiness, food prices, and the communities that keep food on our plates. So, let's examine what effect these raids have on agriculture, livestock, workers, and the American public.

Expect higher prices in grocery stores all over the country...

Ifs, ifs, ifs, and more ifs.Half of all farm hands are illegal immigrants. If Trump and Miller follow through on their proposals, if the typical Trump supporters gets what they want, which is the deportation of every single illegal immigrant, then food prices will go up. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
I'd be happy to be proven wrong. I don't want to suffer. I don't want anyone else to suffer. But I know Trump is a moron, Republicans have control of Congress, and Trump supporters are belligerent, racist, assholes who are more than willing to "cut off their nose to spite their face." These people will be deported, and our food prices will go up.
Maybe Trump will slow the pace or change his mind, I doubt it. This second administration? He's surrounded by immigration hardliners and sycophants.
Time to start offering the homeless jobs and shelter.

Yep. they had more than ample time to find legal workers.Multiple Texas Farms Shut Down After ‘Almost 100%’ Of Workforce Vanishes Overnight
Maybe those farmers should have been proactive about their employment practices instead of hiding their heads in the sand. I mean, it's not like they didn't know their illegal alien employees would be targeted for deportation.
Ummmmmmmm, have you looked at the LA riots? The hatred and the violence are on the left.Trump has no plans to genuinely deport the illegal immigrants. Even he knows it would destroy the economy.
He just uses the illegal immigrants as a scapegoat to foment hate and use hate as a political strategy to win elections.
I will bet that the agencies giving out unemployment payments will start telling people these jobs are available, and they will lose their benefits if they do not find a job. This just means more jobs for American citizens! I'm pretty sure those farms will be overwhelmed with American citizen job applicants.
Typical for the party of hate.Ummmmmmmm, have you looked at the LA riots? The hatred and the violence are on the left.
Don’t you hate it when only one channel on the television works.Typical for the party of hate.
Most of them have legitimate work permits as they await their hearings.Followed the law. I-9 for every employee.
I am disappointed that there haven't been more indictments for employers who hire under the table. These farms may need a look. China owned? There are farmers and ranchers doing it right.
