Where did I say I hate teachers?
I hate BAD TEACHERS---The Teacher's Union and The DNC embrace and promote them...........which is a wonder why you libs adore them so much.
Your hatred of da Childen and their chance at a good education is noted.........

You do know the teachers union is made up of teachers, right? If those members are scum, as you say, teachers are scum.
And paying teachers more, giving them decent retirement, making sure there is due process in firing, none of that hurts children at all.
Well most teachers arent federal workers....most are employed by the State or Municipality. And like most state level Public Sector Union Slobs.......when you dont put the money in the bag as they demand........they kick, scream, cry, and strike.
Detroit teachers go on strike - US news - Education - msnbc.com
No doubt they deserved a pay raise for such outstanding results........

It's illegal for most teachers to strike, also.
Not all of them.....just the ones that willingly and knowingly support the criminal enterprise of incompetence that protects BAD TEACHERS.
100 million dollars to fire 7 teachers (3 of which were actually fired).........goes a long way in educating da Childen liberals claim to care so much about.

You are making leaps. First, if there were only seven bad teachers out of hundreds, there isn't really a problem.
Second, if you were so poor a deal maker that you didn't get a better deal than this, that's the fault of the governemnt negotiater and not teachers. this means there is nothing criminal about it. And you still haven't said anythign that suggests you're not talking about teachers on the whole, as your distinction is meaningless and unspecific.
Well it wasnt hundreds it was thousands........
Put the money in the bag or were going to shut you down.........its quite the dealmaker......for THE MOB and Unions alike.
Alright, seven out of thousands. Better yet. The school system has doen a great job then of having quality teachers.
.Are you saying your leaders had no strength of character and could not hold their own? Seriously, you're looking in the wrong direction and trying to excuse your leaders. Negotiation is between two sides. You have to look at both.

Why do you write with so many periods? And plenty of bad ones to boot.....The Teacher's union ensures it........
Can you admit to the fact........THE TEACHER'S UNION PROTECTS BAD TEACHERS............
Yeah here is the negotiation.......
Step 1. Put the Money in the bag
Step 2. If you dont, were going to shut you down
What would you do?

HE seems to think he weakened your argument. Seven out of thousands is much better overall performance than seven out of hundreds
Again, it seems he thinks he has weakened your argument, while weakening his own. Pointing out the millions mgmt is spending only shows how inept the mgmt is

No employee should be fire-able for any reason or no reason at all. Hearings and due process should be required.
another inaccurate statement you are unable to back up with facts
try again, squire
for someone who professes to be a labor law attorney your ignorance of the labor unions and the extent of their authority is quite profound
you write that salary example as if the unions get what they seek, unilaterally, without the assent of management
anyone with any modicum of knowledge about unions is aware that management must agree to the salary being sought before that becomes a part of the labor-management contract
Yeah here is the negotiation.......
Step 1. Put the Money in the bag
Step 2. If you dont, were going to shut your govt down
why do you constantly lie? do you deny that unions are major players in the election support business?
and i invited you to document that unions put the person across the negotiating table there, instead of it being the negotiator appointed by managementin a private sector negotiation the bargaining is at least honest
in public sector-often those "bargaining" with the unions have been put into office by those unions
here you go
again attempting to move the discussion away from your inability to defend your position
here is what you posted:
and i invited you to document that unions put the person across the negotiating table there, instead of it being the negotiator appointed by management
you can't provide evidence of your statement because you are wrong - as usual
such tripe from one who presents himself as an attorney. seasoned in labor law
from your posts, we know that cannot be the case
more of your bogus tripethat is as stupid as saying when a robber is confronted by four armed policemen he really wanted to surrender to them
in many cases employers have no other choice. You union types whine that those who work for wages are often paid "unfairly" well that position sort of destroys your claims
why so obtuse a post? do you admit or deny that in union heavy towns the unions help elect friendly politicians?
now show us the facts which will support your bogus assertionin public sector-often those "bargaining" with the unions have been put into office by those unions

unions defend teachers so that someone can't fire a good one without just cause
more of your bogus tripe
show us examples of those "many cases employers have no other choice" but to agree to the union's demand for increased wages at the bargaining table
or are you just making another wild ass, false statement
