I stated before that humans are fallible. It is something that exists in ALL OF US!. This means that if you look for "bums" (as you called the ones using Welfare for their own sick benefit) you will always find them. The problem is not that welfare is used selfishly by bums but that you think it is used selfishly by all. I showed you where that is not true. Most people have morals, ethics, principles and humanity and pride themselves on having it and that means that if they were given a livable wage, they would rather work than take advantage of Welfare.

The thing is that people with morals, ethics, principles and humanity do not like to give in to people that have no morals, ethics, principles and humanity as that would be to allow the lack of those to prevail. For your limited understanding, these moral people that do take advantage of Welfare are not going to allow the people that are trying to get them to work for lower wages to win..............as such, they "use" the system to show their displeasure of the system. They make the statement "You did not do enough to insure that livable wages are part of our lives, so then let me use the system to my advantage:.
