A scorned ex-husband claims that he has proven his wife was unfaithful in their marriage after he sent her sex toy to a lab for DNA testing.

Kumada Yoko, a Japanese model, singer, and YouTuber, filed for a divorce from her then-husband in 2021 following an alleged incident where she claimed he hit her in the face.

Her ex-husband, identified in reports as Mr A, had allegedly accused her of having an affair with a TV producer the same day as the reported assault.

Japanese law is that a person can sue a cheating spouse if the evidence can be provided.

Meaning that under law...he can sue her and as far as I can find, the fact that he's been divorced as a result of his abuse towards her isn't really a factor. She might have to pay him if the adultery can be proven.

It's all going to depend on which side has the better lawyer.

Mostly she just gets pissed.
The planter which well could have killed me was because I got home just before dawn.
I figured she whould have be used to it by then. Oh well.
People brought up learning to settle disputes through violence use violence to settle disputes. Who would have thought it? (Scarcasm)

Well to be fair, my skills are pretty legendary. I've even have sober gals throw fits when I was unable to provide services at times they were particularly in need. Yes I have an ego about it, but for actual reasons. I love everything about making my partner enjoy herself. I'm human though, need days off sometimes.

See I'm that guy too crazy to date too seriously for too long, but that gals can never let go of sex with, even after the breakup. What can I say, it's a curse? At least my skills are memorable. I do wish I could find that brand of crazy that fits my own though. I have no desire to go through women like so many other men I know, one is enough, if connection works.
