Xi Jinping has filled the CCP internet with the lie that Texas is "at war" in an act of cession. The Chinese population is eating this right up, convinced the United States is done.

Chinese owned Tic-Toc has picked up the CCP line that Texas is at war against the federal government.Tic-Tok has a million users in the US and has come under fire for its CCP ownership that swears up and down its blatant lie that it doesn't do communist propaganda in America.

The CCP DictatorTyrants in Beijing were pulling for Trump's reelection in 2020 because Trump and MAGAs were delivering on the #1 CCP foreign policy goal, which is to separate US allies from the USA. The Chinese people love this stuff from their CCP Dictators. Xi Jinping is convincing the Chinese who are experiencing declining economic growth that Xi is beating down the USA whether it's Trump or Biden.

Misinformation spreads in China on ‘civil war’ in Texas

Amid the escalating border standoff between Texas and the White House over illegal immigration, misinformation has spread in China that the Lone Star state has officially declared war to secede from the US. Popular Chinese outlets have been suggesting that events in Texas have led to deep divisions in the US widening to a point where unrest has become a stark reality. A Voice of America journalist Wenhao, who specialises in Chinese online disinformation, posted on X that the "biggest US related news on China's internet for the past few days is Texas governor declaring war with the federal government, which did not happen in reality". "[Chinese] Netizens are cheering for what they call America's self destruction," the post added.

Old videos from Fox News are also circulating of vigilante groups dressed in camouflage to "defend the border". There are also multiple videos being circulated from Chile of military tanks that are being misattributed to Texas. Media messaging has made the idea of civil war more believable. The phrase "civil war" has been used repeatedly in Chinese newspapers since the January 2021 Capitol Hill riot. As censorship makes it difficult for Chinese users to do their own fact checks, this has given many Weibo users the impression that the state is at war.

This is yet another of Xi's fantasyland projects. Despite the fact MAGAs are a clear and present danger to the US Constitution, Xi is just another dictator making up his own facts.

A dictator who is admired by the leader of the Republican Party:

...Interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox, April 11...

Trump heaped praise on Chinese President Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin during a winding interview with Tucker Carlson (then still of Fox) at his Mar-a-Lago home.

“How smart is [Xi]? Could you tell?” Carlson asked.

“Top of the line,” Trump replied. “President Xi is a brilliant man. If you went all over Hollywood to look for somebody to play the role of President Xi, you couldn’t find [them], there’s nobody like that: the look, the brain, the whole thing,” he added....

Xi banned the NYT from China after it did an expose' on the corrupt Xi's billions. Massively corrupt Xi.

Xi and Trump are two peas in a pod.

As just one aspect, each of 'em is working tirelessly to separate America's allies from the USA.

I didn't know this. Thanks for the update.

Yep.

Look at what MAGAs have done to the United States abroad. Which is to give America's mortal enemies fodder to pursue their evil designs.

Over the last weeks, the standoff between the federal government and Texas state authorities over border security and immigration has proven a hot topic in Russia and China.

In Russia, government officials and state media are publicly cheering for U.S. civil disruption, supporting the Lone Star state’s controversial and hypothetical referendum on whether to secede from the United States. Russian government officials and state media are savoring the U.S. border dispute. Op-eds, analyses, and social media posts sympathize with, and offer help in the “liberation” of the state of Texas. China and its censors are allowing a heated debate about the border controversy to take place in China’s tight-controlled social media. Hashtag “Texas has entered a state of war” was trending on China’s X-like microblogging site Weibo earlier this week, with posts backing the Lone Star State’s tough stance and calling for it to secede from the United States.

This ripples across the world of course, to include among our allies. Putin is working his MAGA axis in the House to kill aid to Ukraine and Xi is starting to drool over Taiwan. America's allies everywhere are shaken.

Putin-MAGA-Trump.

Just goes to show that the US media has learned propaganda techniques from the very best...China and Russia.

I'm sure that there isn't any misinformation about China in the US...

The Trump Cult Party wants their own dictator trump in the USA. Trump sucks all the dictators, especially Putin, who he had secret teabagging meatings with in Helsinki. The republican party is dead. The trump cult/klan party is working with Putin to destroy America and our democracy.

Vote Democratic if you don't want state TV and loss of your personal rights and freedoms. 🇺🇸 If Trumpism Lives, Democracy Dies.

Indeed, China has had one man rule for 5000 years. It's all they've ever known and totally reject anything but.

Russia has had one man rule for 1000 years. It's all they know while only a small minority reject one man rule, looking to the pre-Trump and MAGA United States instead, to include the EU.

Neither place and its people will change from the inside. Never from the inside -- one man rule in each place is too deeply rooted in their culture, society, economy, civilization. Persia-Iran is no different either. Which means the world is on course for more and greater disasters than ever.

China's social media is full of disinformation by default, which is much worse than Musk's X. It has nothing to do with communism or President Xi. There are so many right-wing Chinese trolls on Weibo who spread disinformation.

Meh. I survived the Cola Wars. The nGreat Tik Tok War of Secession is nothing. :ROFLMAO:

Your point about disinformation on CCP social media is well taken yet Elon Musk's only regret is that his own personal X has not yet reached that same level of disinformation for the United States. This does not stop Musk from trying however.

Weibo trolls are obedient and true believer Party operatives who act on direction only. They are not being constrained or censored by the Party that controls Weibo and its Party trolls. I'm sure Xi considers that he's having a bit of fun with this entire fiasco.
