He's a violent evangelical, anti-Abortion, Republican, Trump-supporitng MAGA nutcase who was taught by Trump and Fox News that Democrats are the "enemy" and who was thinking about killing No Kings protestors after he got done killing a few Democratic Party elected officials.

So much to unpack here. For one, trash talk about our big cities, New York in particular, is a constant theme in MAGA rhetoric. According to Donald Trump, people in New York are afraid to go outside, because they can’t cross the street without getting mugged or raped. A few months ago, Sean Duffy, Trump’s transportation secretary, called the NYC subway a “shithole,” which nobody wants to ride. Spoiler: It isn’t. In fact both New York City and the subway are experiencing a record low crime rate.

I had dinner with friends last Friday in the East Village at an outdoor table of a Ukrainian restaurant and after we all got up and left for a walk to the subway. You know what happened? Nothing.

Illegal aliens also don’t vote in elections (so they can’t be cheating in elections), nor grow the “Welfare State.” “Transgender for everyone,” WTF? Illegal aliens instead typically hold jobs that the rest of us don’t want and contribute to our national economy and productivity, according to the Federal Reserve.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was pardoned within a minute of his conviction, to the unbridled glee of Trump supporters.
 
Prediction: when Trump supporters ultimately fail to create a convincing story trying to portray Vance Boelter as a Leftist they will immediately transition to portraying Vance Boelter as a sympathetic victim, and the Democratic lawmakers he targeted as being deserving targets.

Gonna break ranks here and suggest Trump would not. He's not a forethought, insight, or consequences guy, but I think even Trump knows there's no way to spin a win from it.

Sure, and Trump would never ignore the law. FFS, are you even paying any attention to reality? Trump has declared war against the Left. That is why there are Marines in LA. And why Noem assaulted a US Senator. They are not following the law at all. They believe they took the USA from us with a mandate by the people.

Stop acting as if MAGA is staying between the lines. They said what they were doing to everyone already.
