Minnesota suspected assassin Vance Boelter captured alive after intense manhunt for fatal shooting of Dem pol, spouse: report

So MAGAs won't say too much about this guy (although they will lie about who he is and blame it on the left) but yet they're okay with Trump pardoning the Jan6th thugs while they are now gonna HARP on any (even tiny) incident from the No Kings protests (while ignoring the millions who protested against Trump's authoritarianism politely).

The media and the left/center really don't know what they're battling and they don't really know how to battle it (since a mafia has never occupied the White House before). They literally have no experience fighting evil that is far beyond what we've seen before (with the help of the SCOTUS).

But the left/center SHOULD at least know the history of the Confederacy and what they wanted and what the South is capable of (in the name of Christ/white people/etc).

They're discussing Federal charges which would be a bad move only because Trump will likely pardon him.

Of course that was back before JD grew and beard and lost his soul. ;)

If it's an inconvenient story, step 1 is to make up a bunch of alternative facts in order to deflect association and accountability. Step 2, once step 1 is proven to be nonsense, is just to ignore it and purge it from one's memory.

As I posted a few times, Fox News and Newsmax doesn't even have this as their top story.

A guy went on a rampage and was trying to assassinate a bunch of Democrats, shot two, and that's not the top story for those two entities.

If people don't think far right wing media is complicit in many of our problems than they're lying to themselves. It's not always the lies they tell, it's the stories they ignore as well. Or de-emphasize.

If it was the other way around it would have non stop coverage and no end of supposition and assumptions.
 
OK, deleted the last post.

The reason Boelter has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder is because 1st Degree Charges require a grand jury.

I'm sure there is also a Minnesota law that will explains why the court set bail rather than deny it completely.

And given permission by Trump's rhetoric of the last decade, i.e. "Beat the hell out of them." during his first campaign, and currently: "Radical left-wing democrats who hate our country". No, what they hate is the criminality, skullduggery, and treachery of the criminal enterprise known as the republican party, who allow it all, and there's proof of that since Trump is a convicted felon for crimes against the laws of the United States.

Turns out that Minnesota requires a grand jury for 1st degree, I edited my post.

And I'm sure there is also some dumb Minnesota law that doesn't allow the court to deny bail on 2nd Degree murder cases.

It is not an "either/or" situation.

Regardless what the Feds do, the State will still pursue all appropriate charges. Including murder.

The guy is going to prison. Nobody is going to pardon him.
