Milwaukee County Judge Dugan indicted, grand jury meets Tuesday

She screwed up. BUT now Righties will make this into some conspiracy to tickle their sensitivities. The courts, and juries, will decide. I can make you a bet though, if you are willing, that if she doesn't get sent to prison, Righties will be screaming from the rafters.
I want her held accountable for her actions, which it appears she will be. I have no interest in getting into a pissing match with you about a verdict that has yet to take place. She was indicted, as she should have been. She will get her day in court just as many who have come before her in a courtroom.

It may not go the way you hope, and then, OMG we will be hearing about it, won't we? 🤣
You are flailing around desperately trying to get off the actual subject. She has been indicted. Nothing more.

We know that. But you won't be honest enough to admit you want a certain verdict. Would you be honest enough to answer my next question?
IF she is NOT convicted, how upset will you be? No deflections, just answer the question.

The feds using state courthouses is a real disrespect to state's rights. It really interferes with their ability to function. If these guys know they're going to court, there's no reason why that can't arrest them before he gets there.

Nah….no need to salivate. At least not yet. I want to see more evidence, don’t you?
Seeing as how no evidence has been presented, yes, I would think that’s a good idea.

I believe in our system and I would be accepting of the verdict, and you? No deflection, just answer the question.

Just needed 12 Nazis MAGAs on the 20 person grand jury to force this political persecution through.
Milwaukee Co. went 68% for Harris, anyone know where the jury pool is pulled from?

Actually, there has been evidence, it just has not been presented in a court proceeding. Witness have already come forward regarding what they saw on that day in her courtroom. She was indicted on evidence neither you or I am privy to. What is your point?

The jury that indicted? I would assume from that local area, but I do not know that for sure.

I predict she won't be convicted. The only question is whether or not a judge tosses it out at some point, which is debatable. Grand juries evaluate whether there's enough evidence to go to trial, which is a broad standard.
I predict that she won’t be returned to the bench.

I predict that she won’t be returned to the bench.

Which is the point.

And other judges will see this, too, and they'll 'get it'. As will other mayors, sheriffs, chiefs of police, members of congress, and ordinary activists. Even if there's ultimately no conviction, criminal defenses in federal cases can easily run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Who has that kind of cash laying around?

I would accept the verdict. I doubt you will though. Sorry, but your posting history and your biases make it hard to believe you would let this go if she is exonerated.

Ya, even more despicable maybe than a dirty cop.
Depends on what the “dirty cop” did. Taking bribes? Shaking down drug dealers? Demanding freebee’s from prostitutes? Beating an unarmed and non- combative arrestee to death?

What Dugan is charged with doesn’t come within miles of those types of crimes committed by “dirty cops”.
