I realize no one has really been protesting JSOC, but that doesnt mean it doesnt violate the law. Unless the act is repealed, you cannot legally militarize the border with the Army, Navy, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service. You cant just ignore the law when you dont like it.
The rest of your post is basically ranting.
Nonsense.
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo specifically states that ether signatory may, at their sole discretion, fortify their side of the Mexican American border as they deem fit for their national security purposes without consultation with the other party.
Article VI
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Posse Comitatus is a law secondary to the authority of the Constitution and the ratified Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
Also, it's simple bull**** because when the nation is being invaded, its necessary to mobilize the troops immediately, and the legal niceties can be attended to later. Thus the federal government, which has a Constitutional duty to protect it's borders, can indeed militarize the border. Because, since it's obviously necessary, that's the job it's supposed to do.
