Militarizing the Border

I realize no one has really been protesting JSOC, but that doesnt mean it doesnt violate the law. Unless the act is repealed, you cannot legally militarize the border with the Army, Navy, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service. You cant just ignore the law when you dont like it.

The rest of your post is basically ranting.

Nonsense.

The Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo specifically states that ether signatory may, at their sole discretion, fortify their side of the Mexican American border as they deem fit for their national security purposes without consultation with the other party.

Article VI
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Posse Comitatus is a law secondary to the authority of the Constitution and the ratified Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.

Also, it's simple bull**** because when the nation is being invaded, its necessary to mobilize the troops immediately, and the legal niceties can be attended to later. Thus the federal government, which has a Constitutional duty to protect it's borders, can indeed militarize the border. Because, since it's obviously necessary, that's the job it's supposed to do.

FYI, yes the technical literal definition of "la raza" is "the race" however it's far more commonly translated as "the people" and used as such by Chicano and Mestizo people that way.

Yes, you expect us to be stupid enough to not notice that if the Invaders are calling themselves THE people, then they don't consider us people.

In other words, you just admitted they're racist.

Even if you're right, SO WHAT? They consider themselves better than everyone else, so do most Americans by the sheer virtue of being American.

Given that, while in the United States the lawful US resident IS better than the criminal who illegally invaded the nation, there's nothing wrong with enjoying the VIRTUES of being American.

Can you explain what part of the concept "illegal" that's confusing you?
