The hypocrisy is in criticizing a system that provides direct aid to civilians while providing no better alternative while throwing false genocide accusations and using the civilians in that scenario to advance your extremist political goals.

Taking control of food distribution (only allowing a tiny fraction of what is needed), making it hard for people to actually reach the food points, and then shooting those who turn up isn't really 'feeding' them.
