Slow down. I think you’re dragging the provocation line farther than the law does.

Don’t lay your hands on other people except in self defense is the line. “Provocation” is a greased wall kind of slippery slope.

See where I’m coming from? From the sound of it it is overreach by the feds. But from personal experience I know the feds lie, cheat and steal. It’s a benefit of being too dog, there’s no one to check you.

Misleading as the charges against the individual were dropped in their state because the evidence doesn't support it. I'm sure it really took 30 FBI agents in full gear to go after this dangerous individual who shove away a rabid activist who accosted him and his 12 year old kid.
 
Which one was lawfully there to escort the ladies though the gantlet & who was there to harass the pro choice people?

How is it a deflection? It's about the dude going after the dad and their kid and you want to make it about something else. It's telling that the FBI had to do an over the top raid while the local officials had dropped it. Pathetic.

Yes. That was demonstrated by him getting in the other guys face and verbally harassing and yelling at him and his 12 yo son. A guy that was actually there to do what you said would've focused on escorting, like he was supposed to.
