Except for what he demonstrated was not "law and order" it was violent righties shouldn't be held accountable for their behavior.

So to remain internally consistent you must condone anybody shoving someone over a verbal assault.

Let's remember, Mike Lee was for the election fraud scheme before he abandoned it. For me, that only shows he knows when to quit, unlike the the true bootlickers. It does not excuse him. I wonder what Mike Lee knew and when he knew it?

If he committed assault, he should be arrested for assault. The overreach is that he's facing 11 years in prison for pushing a guy (while "protesters" who committed much more serious offenses on camera are walking free).

What does that have to do with an abortion protester being charged with a felony for pushing someone? How many felonies were these people charged with?:

 
Overreach? Absolutely given the facts of the case. The criminal complaint was dismissed by the municipal court because the accuser failed to appear multiple times. Why is the FBI now pursuing it?

The only time you get a right to a defense is if the case goes in front of a jury. The government, these days, seems to prefer to "try" their cases in the court of public opinion while leaking tidbits to their propagandist arm in the media. In cases that DO go to court they are using the most broad statutes they can find to prosecute people. It's like an Article 15 in the military. You could get hooked up under that one for anything from oversleeping to stealing a tank and driving it through downtown.
