Flynn lied to the FBI, but there wasn’t collusion with the Russians if you read the court filing.

Swing and miss.

Keep drinking the Kool-Aid.

How many of Trump's people have been fired, resigned, or been charged with crimes? Didn't Trump say he only hired the best people?

I don't think you read very closely:

"Specifically, Flynn is accused of falsely claiming that he had not asked Russia's ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak last Dec. 29 "to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day."

Flynn also allegedly lied by telling the FBI "he did not recall the Russian Ambassador subsequently telling him that Russia had chosen to moderate its response to those sanctions as a result of his request," the information says."

If those are the statements about which he lied to the FBI and is now being charged, then A) this most definitely involves the incoming Trump administration working with Russia and B) Flynn knowingly (allegedly) lied about his conversations with Russian officials. Why, oh why, would Flynn lie about conversations with Russian officials to the FBI?

Yup. This investigation is now inside not only the White House, but inside the inner circle of Trump's closest people.

Yes.

Flynn lied.

Swing and miss at the Trump piñata.

The FBI does the background checks, and Flynn lied.

Nothing with Trump collusion.

Then we have the Clinton WH.
They had a lot of people on temporary passes. Why?

Because they never would have passed an FBI background check.

It was a way for the Clintons to skirt the system... which isn’t surprising... is it?

another pathetic thread ............... and another Clinton tantrum ..................... just **** already ...............

Can't just be happy that the Russian mole won the goddamn election, I guess?

ROTFLOL... this is going to backfire on the Left like it always does.

Flynn lied to the FBI during a background check for his job as NSA.

It's likely Flynn agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for information leading to more indictments.

I can understand why you're so frightened. The noose is tightening around Trump, and you simply can't bear the emotional trauma that represents.

No collusion.

Swing and miss at the Trump piñata.

Insert coin.

Swing again.

ROTFLOL... That’s a good one.

Let’s entertain your fantasy world and say Trump is ejected.

1. Hillary Clinton will never be president. That damage has been prevented.

2. Mike Pence. ROTFLOL... he’ll make Leftists hair burn just as fast and furious.

Trump will serve 2-terms, and his reelection comes down to:

1. The Roaring Trump Economy

2. Illegal Immigration halted

3. ISIS crushed.

I can see why you're compelled to try and distract from the fact that life is looking very precarious for Trump and his cronies. Clinton is quite irrelevant to that fact, and Pence is neck deep in this matter.

This is understandably quite frightening and painful for some people.

Zimmer is full of **** as usual. In reality, here is what happened with Flynn. It should be obvious what's going on here if you have a clue. Paraphrased and quoting from WaPo below.

- Flynn raises alarms in the Obama white house due to his behavior and lack of competence, he's let go.
- Trump recruits Flynn to assist in his Presidential Campaign.
- Flynn goes around Obama and tells Kislyak that they will help once in office.
- Putin surprisingly...out of character, decides not to retaliate against the sanctions (likely because he was just told by Flynn not to worry about it)
- Trump "Great move on delay (by V. Putin) - I always knew he was very smart!
- Spicey denies what Flynn did
- Pence denies what Flynn did.
- Priebus says he didn't hear anything about it.
- Spicey insists again Flynn didn't talk about that
- Flynn is interviewed by the FBI about his convo with Kislyak <-- This is likely when he lied to the FBI?
- Sally Yates informs white house counsel that Flynn did discuss sanctions captured via surveillance, and that Flynn is vulnerable to blackmail.
Also told him that Flynn was interviewed by the FBI. Flynn lied to the FBI, and either lied to or was covered by Spicer and Pence (and Trump, etc.)
- White house counsel discussuses it again with Yates and asks for underlying evidence and schedules a review for Jan 30 of the Flynn matter
- Jan 30: Trump fires Sally Yates
- Feb 9: WaPo breaks the story that Flynn disused sanctions with Kislyak
- Feb10: Trump feigns ignorance
- Feb13: White House fires Flynn, reported that they knew for weeks he had misled them about the calls.
Implication is that they either lied about that to Pence or let Pence cover unwittingly

- Trump continues after Flynn's ouster to stay in touch and not bully/harass him, as he has everyone else who "lost his confidence" (see Comey, Sessions, Tillerson, Priebus, etc. it's a long list).
- Trump still loves him some Putin...never a bad word
- Flynn expected to plead guilty on the most minor of charges, lying to the FBI (a felony), presumably in a deal that will have him sing....

I KNOW!!! I KNOW!!!

It's because Trump is a Russian puppet dictator who is both so brilliant that he managed to manipulate the outcome of an election that had already been decided by the parties and the press, but also so stupid that light bulbs dim when he walks by.

Did I get that right?

:doh

This is all so stupid. It's perfectly reasonable that Kislyak would have brought up the sanctions that were announced just that morning. It's also totally reasonable that Flynn, not knowing a damned thing about the sanctions, would have replied to that discussion with a phrase like "please hold off until we get set up". It's not collusion. The meeting happened in December. The election was over. Trump won. This was all normal transition stuff.

You seem to have a thing for “pain”. Political bondage and discipline... Has it been painful B&D the past few months for you?

Seems you’re hoping to spread the pain around? ROTFLOL

Yeah, I can see that this is a really bad time for you and your fellow socialists.

It's OK that you're frightened to death. Totally understandable.

Keep swinging and wasting your energy.

Once the tremendous excitement from the Leftists subsides, you’ll see my short and sweet OP was entirely accurate.

What I do find wonderful, is this low fruit should have serious consequences for The Clintons and Obama when it comes to Uranium One.

Now that’s a piñata full of criminal goodies.

Your disappointment will be crushing... again.

Flynn lied to the FBI, but there wasn’t collusion with the Russians if you read the court filing.

Swing and miss.

What did he lie about.
