and the point would be? That the law works?
Why object to these books? They aren't "extreme, near-porn..."

When can we just tell these people to go **** themselves? Some interesting information has come out about the one parent who filed the complaint in the Miami school.
We already know that Ms Salinas is rather poorly educated but her words following the discovery of her posting anti-Semitic tropes on Facebook reveal even more of her ignorance - and bias.
How many of the 'parents' pushing for book bans have actually bothered to read the books in question? How many are like Ms Salinas and react after seeing one or two words they can't read past?
Funny then that a few weeks back a TV reporter tried to show then on her live report and network censors blocked the video. Why object to these books? They aren't "extreme, near-porn..."
Oe maybe it's you swallowing this "report."The PEN America report found that, between July 2021 and June 2022, there were 2,532 attempted book bans targeting 1,648 unique books. This newest count builds on a PEN America report published in April that found slightly more than 1,500 attempted book bans, targeting about 1,000 titles, between July 2021 and March 2022. Until last year, PEN America had not tracked these numbers in detail."

You're kidding yourself if you think all these books are extreme, near-pornographic porn. In fact, I would be impressed if you could list as many of ten of them that qualify for that distinction.
May still may not be age appropriate. Why object to these books? They aren't "extreme, near-porn..."

Not only that but according to its data the max number of districts was forty. how many school districts are there in the US? Your link basically proves my point.
