(WASHINGTON) — The government said Thursday that 68,000 guns recovered by Mexican authorities in the past five years have been traced back to the United States.
The flood of tens of thousands of weapons underscores complaints from Mexico that the U.S. is responsible for arming the drug cartels plaguing its southern neighbor. Six years of violence between warring cartels have killed more than 47,000 people in Mexico.

Gun trade will obviously increase criminal activity on both sides together with the flow of drugs and illegal immigrants.

thats great, but the atf doesnt like to list untackable guns,or how many guns come from illegal manufacterers, why you may ask, because they cant track them
great lets freak out over those guns and ignore the fact they can get them just as easily from brasil austria and nicaragua,oh and im sure former soviet states will sell them ak-47's because the cartels have the money

the ATF Cannot trace weapons not made in America. that is one of the things the anti gun clowns cannot figure out. Just because most of the Guns SUCCESSFULLY Traced by the ATF are american made doesn't mean that most of the GUNS USED BY THE NARCONISTAS came from the USA
bravo,in years past they used tolist the number of untackable guns, but in recent yeaars stopped listing them

why would drug dealers want castrated American semi autos when Chavez had the Russians build a AK factor in his country and the guns coming from there aren't traceable nor limited to semi auto?
