Since the US and AZ don't seem to care to stop it, we'll see if a lawsuit is useful.

Remember when Conservatives lost there minds when Bush/Obama tried to investigate this, years ago?

Yes, but I don't think it was so much lost their minds, as lied and hyped their lies for propaganda to attack Obama. Standard Republican behavior. But Republicans trying to exploit the issue may have killed any federal law enforcement to address it, making it worse and leading to this lawsuit.

They have every right to do this. More people should. Trying to enforce Mexico's strong gun laws is difficult when America deals arms with its criminals.

And it'll probably get shitcanned like this one:

If Mexico is aware of those people who are smuggling guns across the boarder why not arrest them

it's about ****ing time.....there are other peddlers as well

these people haul weapons to mexico by the truck loads which means some border patrol agents are on the take most likely on both sides of the border. soooooo why not pay for information then bust these dealers?

This is not news I've read about gun smuggling off and on for many years. It's the same for the hard drugs coming and going.

There's a reason why ATF was investigating to catch the AZ dealers almost 20 years back.

Tabloids, propaganda and rhetoric.

Projection is a nasty thing.

I wonder when our VP will step up and call out this lawsuit as BS because our boarder is secure
