25% was rounding up:
?Conservatives? Are Single-Largest Ideological Group
Now, you could argue that many people misuse those labels, but I don't see why that would apply more to one side than to the other.
Note, however, how stable the numbers are. The fluctuations are very slight.
I feel certain that most voters in Arizona want their representatives in Congress to, y'know, represent them. Yet, Mr. McCain's stated plan of action is full and complete non-cooperation, fully divorcing himself from the job the taxpayers pay him to do. Wonder how that will fly with his constituents?
And what about the rules of Congress? Shouldn't a member of Congress who outright refuses to engage in the business of Congress be kicked to the curb?
I am reminded when John McCain decided to quit his campaign to run to Washington and fix the economy, because "the fundamentals of America’s economy are strong." :doh Quitting seems to be a theme with Mr. McCain and his Republican colleagues.
Jesus. Can you imagine this whiny, temper-tantrum-throwing, do-nothing pinhead as POTUS?

So how did that whole Hastert health care reform bill work out?
He spoke of working with Democrats wanting health care reform but here is his actual record
Denny Hastert on the Issues
I guess he can tell the media one thing and then do something entirely different.
So pretty much they're going to continue to behave as nothing more than obstructionists as they have pretty much done the entire time since Obama got elected....K, is that really news?
I'd say he was doing his job by doing everything he could to prevent the health care bill from being passed. He was standing up for the multitudes of people who didn't want the bill to pass many of whom played a role in electing him.
Just like when McCain interrupted his campaigning to go to Washington DC to support Bush for the first stimulus bailout. He was standing up for the multitudes of working people who wanted to fill the pockets of Wall Street.
I'll assume you meant the multitudes of people who wanted to prevent a financial collapse.Just like when McCain interrupted his campaigning to go to Washington DC to support Bush for the first stimulus bailout. He was standing up for the multitudes of working people who wanted to fill the pockets of Wall Street.
You mean tow the Liberal party line, doncha?? After all that is your very definition of "bipartisanship"If he doesn't want to do his job, go home. Same for everyone else. Glinda, that job description seems proper and what they should be doing.
Nothing wrong with that! someone has to oppose Odimwit and his willing minions. So pretty much they're going to continue to behave as nothing more than obstructionists as they have pretty much done the entire time since Obama got elected....K, is that really news?

Spoken by a supporter of one party rule.Exactly. Who expected anything out of them anyways? I think they just as well take a vacation. We're better off without 'em anyways.
Who cares? Who need's 'em? :rofl
And how did that bailout work out for us?
I know, companies actually paying their executives, it's horrible. (/sarcasm)I believe there were some very happy families with very healthy bonuses.
Spoken by a supporter of one party rule.
Well, we who have more common sense have seen what one party Demo-Rat rule has done to all of the major urban areas where the only choices were "What flavor Democrat would you like this time??"Actually, if I could have it my way, we would have at least 3-5 parties relatively equal in size. They would be FORCED to work together and collaborate.
One thing for sure. Today's GOP is as worthless as tits on a bore hog.
They might as well stay home. Why even show up to work if you don't plan to, like, work. They get paid anyways. They can't/won't change with the will of the country. So stay home. See if I care.
Like it or not. America is going to progress. It's kinda hard to turn around a big ship.
I feeling pretty positive about America's future here lately. I still believe in the USA. And the fish are really starting to bite, too. It's win-win in my neck of the woods.
I wanna buy me an old "America: Love it or leave it" bumper sticker.
I want the GOP to either lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.
I would dump my newfound respect for SOME of the democrat ideals in a split second if I could have my old GOP back. But, right now, I'd just as soon let Rush, Glenn, and Sean have it. I am starting to think it is damaged beyond repair. So now, we got a one party syatem. They better make their hay while the sun shines. Nothing lasts forever in politics.
Well, we who have more common sense have seen what one party Demo-Rat rule has done to all of the major urban areas where the only choices were "What flavor Democrat would you like this time??"
Hell, we would likely prosper better than the now bankrupt Liberal United Soviet States of AmeriKaA good solution to that would be to like, round all you guys up, and give you Rhode Island. You could have your own little paradise.
Hey, I'm cool with that.

Go McCain!!!! The longer the Republicans can stall this monstrous bill from taking effect, the more support they will garner. I hope they do anything they can to challenge, block, sabotage, and poison any efforts on moving this legislation any further.
