They were looking for classified documents that he stole and refuse to give back. Perhaps we should have asked Russia to find them like Trump did with Hillary. But no it does not seem at all fascist to search anyone's home with the proper warrant. The FBI does that all the time.

Except the policy of DoJ is to NOT discuss ongoing investigations. Trump hasn't been charged with any crime. So this policy is to protect the suspect, and if Trump authorizes the release, he might as well release his own copy.

This is so typical of the right wing. Trump has the warrant, or chooses NOT to have it. The right wing demands transparency from DoJ, but doesn't demand that Trump tell them what was in the warrant, what crimes were charged. And of course if the DoJ release the warrant, contrary to policy about ongoing investigations, the right wing will bitch and whine about THAT.

FWIW, I wish they would make a statement and settle this.

Trump's attorney has finally acknowledged receipt of the warrant copy which I posted earlier.
