Mass shootings stats, 2009-2017 and 2019

Loosely interpreted, the leftist narrative goes like this:

'We know Trump is a racist because his father tried not to rent to blacks back in the 60s and because he rebuked dummass baby lawmakers for slandering good Americans in spite of the fact that they looked black.'

These type of shootings are still very rare. The odds of a person being involved in a "mass shooting" are about the same as being involved in a plane crash or a shark attack.

Banning guns also will not reduce mass shootings. Does banning marijuana decrease drug use? Does banning sex decrease unwanted pregnancies?

According to the article above there were 173 mass shootings between 2009 and 2017 or about 20 a year on average. In 2019 we have had over 250. So things are getting much worse and not better. I heard Trump today say he has done much to stop the shootings, if so, not so much. II think the first thing the country has to do is not to be afraid to name the group or groups that are mainly responsible for these shootings whether they are white supremacy groups or big city gangs. Until we determine who to go after and who to watch we can never slow down the number of these shootings.

Thank you for your opinion. No one is suggesting banning guns. The suggestion is to ban the sort of macho guns that feed the fantasies of certain young, usually white men, who then raid night clubs and retail stores in imagined blazes of glory.

Respectfully, mass shootings are a fad type of killing that is more like a trend/fad. In Europe, it is popular to throw acid in people's faces. There are plenty of ideas and arsenals for a killer to cause mass causalities

Why would I deny it, it's true. Except that pretty much everything Fox reports is either a lie, a gross exaggeration or a fabrication so not a source I would rely on for accuracy of reporting. Yes we can; English Law clearly states that "reasonable force" may be used to repel an attack or prevent a crime. We had 732 murders in total in 2018. How many did America have? 11,004-and that's just from gunshot. In Britain, 26 (twenty six). What was that about safety?

Mate, I live here. Not lying. They're not "mass shootings". It was only a few people in each instance, and they weren't acts of domestic terrorism, mostly personal.

One of your links was was a car being driven into crowd. Since when is a car a gun? Another was a stabbing. Since when is a knife a gun?

You said mass murders. There's no difference between a mass killing where a knife, or fire is used vs. a gun. Dead is dead and murder is murder.

How dare you minimize those murders just because a gun wasn't used?
