I'm confused. Did she say she supported the attempt to stop the count? Was she merely appeasing the crowd by throwing them a bone. If, is a big word. Did she mean that the riot at the capital was a piss poor attempt at an insurrection and clearly not an attempt to overthrow the government. It would obviously take guns to manage that and I don't think that any were found inside the capital except on Capital Police Officers. I don't know of any peace loving Republicans who think the so called attempt to overthrow our democracy was anything resembling a serious attempt to actually get it done. Poor planning, poor execution, no weapons, Come on Man! Stupid beyond comprehension, and moronic to a fault, but any chance to succeed? Not a chance.
If she questioned the treatment of those arrested, well many were kept in custody for long periods for nothing any more serious than trespassing. Heck, the democrat DA's in this country have been turning repeat offenders out for serious violent assaults and the democrats having been voicing concern for that.
