This is private complex demographic presidential polling data not a simple "poll".
So Putin flat murders people in Europe and elsewhere, business as usual. But if he messed with Manafort, then the world will turn against him?
Russia celebrates every bit of evidence revealed. Their plan was to embarrass the US, not to control it. Evidence being revealed is integral to the plan and not a bad thing.
Evidence of US citizen wrongdoing ....yes...the covert op itself NO! Don't you get it? Plus you could have guessed this much regarding US citizen wrongdoing just by following a logical train of thought. For example is anybody with a brain going to be surprised the day Roger Stone is indicted? How about Corsi?
What is hidden at this point is how deep Russian Intelligence is likely into us. Donald Trump does not last forever thank God. How deep are they into us. This would suggest that Russian Intelligence is way deep into us...way deep. How many Representatives in the House are actually Russian agents? Do you really think Putin wants us probing around that question?
I dont care, what the voters think should not ever by law be demanded to be secret....we are the bosses...the more sunshine about what we think the better.
Hundreds of Russian mercenaries were reportedly killed by U.S. forces in a failed attack on a U.S.-held military base and refinery last week. Citing U.S. and Russian sources, Bloomberg News reported more than 200 contract killers—mostly Russian citizens fighting for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad—died in what is believed to be the deadliest incident between Russian and U.S. citizens since the Cold War.
For Russia's plan to work, it must be exposed. You need to stop thinking of this as a classic spy covert OP. It wasn't. They weren't looking for info or trying to assassinate someone. They were looking to embarrass the US with meddling. That cannot be accomplished without exposure.
You act like Putin is killing 5 of his operatives over this.
Campaigns pay for their in house polls. So what is your argument....that they should pay for them and then make them public because the almighty YOU wants to see them? Not going to happen. The entire issue in this case is that the polling data had value that Manafort could trade on and he was trying to trade it coupled with yet another link to sanctions relief for Russia. Those sanctions relief links are piling up.

To be honest, for certain reasons Rohrabacher was not my best guess. Thought he had made his tracks too easy to follow. How many more Rohrabacher's are there out there?
A mid-20th century political attitude characterized chiefly by opposition to elements held to be subversive and by the use of tactics involving personal attacks on individuals by means of widely publicized indiscriminate allegations especially on the basis of unsubstantiated charges
Oh for God sake...their PLAN was not to assassinate Manafort. You're missing the point entirely. At the point when he was ready to flip they would likely want to assassinate him and they would still likely want to now. The Russians love the idea of proving that you just don't screw them over and get away with it. They never forget.
They already earned all the embarrassment of the US they are ever going to get out of this. It could not get worse in that regard.
My argument is that the state should never make talking about polling of what the voters think a crime. If the person or organization that funds the poll has a problem with someone talking they are free to fire the person who provided the sunshine, but that is as far as I am willing to go.
I swear America looks more and more like the Soviet Union every day.
Talking about polling is not a crime though if I paid for polling data I would generally have an issue with Manafort trying to sell what I bought unless of course I happened to be in on the conspiracy and was myself also going to gain from the effort. I may not like it in certain circumstances it but its not a criminal offense in that regard.
Sharing data with a foreign government with the intention of selling it as part of a conspiracy against us as in WE THE PEOPLE is a criminal offense?
I think you're missing the point of the operation.
What's this "we the people" stuff?
We are not involved.
Speak for your own damn self.
Well if you are sitting in an IRA office in St Petersburg, that is exactly what I would expect you to say.
OK. This looks REALLY bad for Trump.
There is no good reason for Manafort to have been sharing polling data with foreign agents. If a foreign agent wants polling data they really need to go to the media and read it there just like everyone else.
:doh

So like the best Human Intelligence Network in world could not figure that much out for themselves. Thats your argument? You don't know what you are talking about. Internal polling data is different from the Gallup poll. Jesus we are a dumb as dirt country now.
You're like those politicians on both sides that say "the American people want this" and "the American people want that." Are the American people bipolar, because sometimes they want the opposite things? Dude, don't be all hyperbolic with "we the people." Just give us, as Jimmy Darmody would say, the "straight dope." Give us your points, give us the facts. Don't give us all this absurd "we the people" stuff, because you're including me in that when you bring up these trifle accusations against Trump and then try to spin it into something grand.

Manafort told his long time friend and business partner about some Trump campaign polling.....Who Cares.
Subscribing to false income tax returns
Failing to file foreign bank account reports
Bank fraud and bank fraud conspiracy

jnug cares, though.
He's a leftist, and he's just busy making mountains out of mole hills.
I bet you he is also one of those people that talk about how many indictments are against all these people that are around Trump, yet will fail to mention that these indictments are process crimes or have to do with something unrelated to Russian collusion.
Here is what Manafort was charged with, according to CNBC:

Now, tell me, what does any of those charges have to do with Russian collusion? But, yes, Mueller is of impeccable character.

I love when Mueller started going after Trumps' tweets to make a case of possible obstruction.
That, to me, was the apex of desperation in this whole fiasco. :lamo
