Reddit user IncrediblyShinyShart posted that in June 2016 he was hit by a car while riding his bike down a mountainous road, shattering his foot so badly that it had to be amputated.
Three weeks later on July 10, 2016, he invited his friends over to enjoy a meal of human shin fajita tacos seasoned with 'lime, onions and peppers', followed by fresh apple strudel, quiche puff pastries and fruit tarts complimented with gin lemonade punches and mimosas."
