Anyone with half a brain, with all the passthroughs and connections the authors of P2025 had with Trump and his first administration, can readily see that the document was clearly known to Trump if not directly his own, at least in part. Many of the policies in his first term mimicked or mirrored aspects of P2025. The whole "Schedule F" debacle was a badly executed attempt at what is now, in P2025, a much more clearly defined plan to eliminate the federal civil service.

That he came right back to it as soon as he got back into office, how he has laid out his immigration policy, and much of the rest being right off the pages of Project 2025 clearly indicate he is following it line by line.

So it is very obvious to anyone paying attention that Trump and P2025 are one in the same thing.
