Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges: Sources

Dems aren't dying on this

Since I don't know enough about what Garcia is guilty of or not, I will wait for any trial to conclude.
If however, Garcia is acquitted, I will gladly watch the implosion.
And what if he is found “guilty”? Will you gladly watch the “implosion” then?

"Trump said so"

Welp good enough for me!

(not a fascist)

You avoided my question, why is that? I assume you will accept the verdict, correct?
I've already said I would. It's not about whether he's guilty or not guilty. It's about due process & rule of law.

I understand this is hard for MAGA to comprehend.

There won't be an implosion because you all haven't understood the issue from the start.
The “issue”? Well he is currently charged with human trafficking. Let me ask you again, If he is found guilty will you gladly watch the implosion then?

How can you still be so hilariously wrong at this point regarding Garcia? He had temporary protected status. He wasn’t illegal.
Thank you for reminding me of this. I had forgotten the protected status you and @ElChupacabra were painstakingly providing evidence of. I should amend an earlier statement I made.

Had a legal hearing stripped his protections, "[t]ypical deportation wouldn't have bothered most people. It was the severity of the punishment not fitting the lighter, proven crimes [(immigration violations)] that resulted in protests."

From this post:

You don't seem to get it. Your hatred for people who have a darker shade of skin and speak Spanish blind you from the reality that Due Process only works if we respect everyone's Due Process rights.

I've already said I would. It's not about whether he's guilty or not guilty. It's about due process & rule of law.

I understand this is hard for MAGA to comprehend.
Oh I understand completely. I also understand you are refusing the answer a very direct question. How odd.

And what if he is found “guilty”? Will you gladly watch the “implosion” then?
No, because he will be convicted or acquitted on the evidence. Since I believe in the courts and in juries, I will go with their evaluation.
Nice attempt though at making a reverse guess at my reaction, when I already know any acquittal will cause rightwing heads to explode.
So, now it is my turn, will YOU accept the verdict, regardless of how it lands? No deflections or what ifs, just answer the question exactly how I posed it.
Will you accept the verdict?
I also understand you are refusing the answer a very direct question.
Well now, it will be interesting to see if YOU will refuse to answer a very direct question.

I think that you and I have had this conversation before. KAG was afforded all the due process to which he was entitled prior to his removal.

Once he was removed the left threw a shit fit and demanded MORE due process.

That's not what the Supreme Court said. The Supreme Court is the final authority on this matter. Not Trump. Not Stephen Miller. Not you.

Now he's going to get that due process by answering for criminal charges instead of civil action.

Everyone is going to get due process. That's how things work in our country. And if you don't like it, there are plenty of places in the world where due process is not respected, places like Russia, places like North Korea.

"No criminal history" is what the Trump administration's own report said. Suddenly they have some criminal conspiracy (of one person) to charge him with?

And you people fell for this? LOL
So for the record, you think the United States has no case against Garcia. Correct?

He was not given a criminal sentence. He wasn't even prosecuted for any criminal act....though all that is going to change.
Very evil that you people are totally fine with sending people to a foreign concentration camp without even a criminal charge, much less a trial.

The “issue”? Well he is currently charged with human trafficking. Let me ask you again, If he is found guilty will you gladly watch the implosion then?
Yes, the "issue" you seem to think is whether or not Garcia is innocent or guilty. That's not the issue and never was.

Critical thinking hard.

Please provide cites..... your post is factually dubious given that grand juries indict, they do not convict, people.

None of us know the true story of Garcia (though you profess to be an expert). Now we will get to find out. What we do know, however, is this was never out of Trump's hands. All he had to do to get him back was ask (or demand).

The “issue”? Well he is currently charged with human trafficking. Let me ask you again, If he is found guilty will you gladly watch the implosion then?
You are missing the point, which is that you can not send anyone to a death sentence in another country without granting that person his day in court. The man, guilty or not, has rights, which were not respected before.

If anyone should understand due process and the protection of rights, guilty or not, it should be Donald Trump. He sure got to exercise them, perhaps beyond the bounds of reasonableness. Garcia was denied basic, let alone, reasonable protections.

.....again, the POS gangster that you elected president was afforded his rights, perhaps far more than he should....talking about wasting taxpayer money, we sure did to hear all of his "out there" appeals and objections. Trump, of all people, should respect due process as he is sitting in the White House rather than the "Big House" because we bent over backwards to give him due process....

BTW.... on the notion that if you state something as fact, its on you to back it up when called out. Consider yourself called out: let's see some cites that say he is a member of MS-13 or was involved in human trafficking

OTH, this is a life lesson, do it right the first time and spare yourself the expense of undoing what you did wrong the first time....

So weird that the Trump administration has never shown you the slightest bit of evidence for all these crimes they're claiming. Hell, they didn't even claim any of these crimes before.

****, you people are gullible.

He's probably ****ed.

I don't think he believed he was harming anyone and he probably didn't realize he was breaking laws, but ignorance of the law isn't necessarily a defense.

Wonderful!!! Glad to hear you are willing to accept the verdict. And of course I will accept the verdict. I have never stated differently. So now what?

I am still waiting for an answer. Wonder if ANY will be forthcoming.

Ok, I got an answer:

And of course I will accept the verdict.

We will see, won't we?
