Not if they haven't said anything for 40 years. I have been looking at the latest research on memory and how it works. You wouldn't believe how bad we are at recalling life scenes accurately especially after longer periods of time. Memory is a fungible thing, it changes over time.

more stupidity. Feinswine had this information for weeks. Rather than bring it up during the hearing, she deliberately waited until after the hearing in a craven attempt to stall the proceedings.

Right now it’s nothing more than an allegation. Passing judgment on Kavanaugh based on only an allegation is wrong.

It’s a serious charge and the woman apparently brought it up to her therapist 6 years ago. On the other hand she’s fuzzy on details and it’s possible she misremembers the incident or even who the man was.

That said it should be investigated but to call him a dirt bag based on this is way premature.
