Professor Ford had read the short list of potential nominees when they were published and when she saw Brett Kavanaugh's name on the list, it was then that she called her congressional representative and let her receptionist know that someone on the President’s shortlist had attacked her. She also sent a message to The Washington Post’s confidential tip line. and didn't give her name, but she provided the names of Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge.

Your opinion noted and quite frankly don't really care what you think a 36 year old charge? Not going to fly in any court, There are a lot of entitlement liberals with titles, mostly book smart street stupid people. There are consequences for not taking action except in that world in which you live. If it happened she should have called the police then, scared of what? 36 years later at the 11th hour raise the issue. Sorry, you people are totally and completely off your rocker

As for when the charges were made, he was nominated for the Federal Court and confirmed, where were the charges then?

If you could get into the mind of a frightened 15 year old girl that has just been sexually assaulted then you might have a better understanding of how things work as far as calling the police or reporting it to others.
 
Do you really think the democrats will do the honorable thing and stand down if the FBI clears Kavanaugh of the accusations. Meaning that none of the accusations can be corroborated. No they will not, they have already all said they would vote no back an hour after he was nominated. They will continue to accuse him of sexual assault.

Since the olive branch has been extended,

WILL you accept the Findings by the FBI if "NO" smoking gun is found and closed with no charges?

Will you accept that while Dr. Fords Testimony holds credibility that something may have happened there is NO factual proof that Kavannagh was the person.

I guarantee you there are not only four people involved. And the fact that people will show that Mr. K is lying about his soberness and good boy demeanor is absolute bull**** will be just a start. In fact it will probably show that man at least HAD a serious drinking problem and most likely did what Ford said he did but probably was so f'ing drunk he doesn't remember.

Once an investigation begins, you never know where it will lead. This guy Kavanaugh was the absolutely worst candidate.
 
BE CAREFUL ABOUT GLOATING. Kavanaugh is NOT over the finish line yet. He should go home now and keep his mouth shut or he could snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with one ill thought out phrase or word.

But she was willing to share with friends. She was willing to share with her Psychologist, She was willing to state it with her husband there, She was willing to send an letter to her congresswomen. BUT the ONLY people that could actually prosecute and investigate that being the POLICE she never once considered them as an option EVER over the course of 36 years?

A question remains, however. If you are a ranking person in the Senate, and you are participating in a hearing that you believe is a world game changer such as a lifetime swing vote in the highest court in the land, and you have extremely pertinent info, should you not bring that info up prior or at least during the hearing rather than a few days later?

Keep in mind she gave her word. Keep in mind it was Prof Ford's decision whether to go public or not.
Feinstein kept her word
We say what happened with the attacks on her including death threats and hiring security.

No one cares what you want. We've had an investigation. Several over the past years.

It's not shoved through. The first hearing was Sep 2. Crickets from the left and from witnesses. Another hearing just yesterday. After old/new data emerges.

Times up.
