I sold a lovely tri level home having about 2400 sq feet and 5 br to my own niece when Obama was president. And her husband lost his job to Mexicans who were illegals. He himself is Mexican but became a citizen thanks to Reagan. He told me one day to my question (What would you like done to mexicans who show up illegally?) and his response was ship them all back to Mexico. With no income, she learned to drive a school bus to keep food on the table. He was not digging ditches either, He was a job supervisor on road construction. The sort of job Obama bragged was shovel ready. They bought this as their second home purchased and had owned the former home for many years building up equity. They put a enormous down payment on the large home. To afford it, they moved a long distance from the first home that I sold for them.
It was a tragic day when I learned they lost it in foreclosure. They have been renters now from the first term of Obama. Thank you for their loss Obama. Your mortgage saving program did not work.
They lost $150,000 and more due to foreclosure and him losing his construction job, That shovel ready job.
