Justice Dept. releases redacted Mar-a-Lago search affidavit

Well that's the problem right there. You can believe whatever you want.
They have been caught in so many lies it's not funny. They f=run their stories by Chuck Schumer first.

It's very simple nara and trump were having a document dispute.
There's no "dispute". NARA was following the law, Trump was not. But this is not a question.
At some point the fbi decided the matter was urgent enough and important enough that they needed to go in by force and scoop up all the documents trump was in possession of.
Yes, because repeatedly asking nicely wasn't getting the job done. Trump was refusing to comply with the law. But this is also not a question.
They need to explain what was so urgent
No, they really don't. They repeatedly asked to get in return documents Trump was illegally possessing. They served subpoenas. They made visits. Trump repeatedly refused to turn over what, by law, he is not allowed to have. But this is also not a question.
and what was so important that it justified raiding his home.
Trump was in possession of documents which, by law, A) he was not allowed to have B) he was not allowed to view and C) were improperly stored. That is what was so important. But this is also not a question.
You can't answer my questions because so far they have not done that.
A) You didn't ask a question and B) Everything you just said has been publicly refuted.

This is why it is so difficult to take your posts seriously...you pretend like reality doesn't exist. To the extent your comment could be construed into questions, all of your questions have publicly been answered. You pretend they are not, because your posts are not being offered in good faith.

This behavior is also pretty rude. He expects others to go compile information and lay it at his feet. Then he pretends he never saw it.

They took 15 boxes months ago. They asked him to go through the remainder, take out any privileged documents, business records, passports, money, bonds, etc. and they would return. They double-crossed him like in some crime drama
Even in your deluded alternate reality posted here, Trump STILL did not do what he was required to do. You claim he was asked to take out any documents which did not belong to the government and Trump did not. This post also implicitly acknowledges that Trump broke the law in the first place by having records that he was not allowed to have or view. So even if your alternate reality, Trump was in violation of the law and not doing what he was required to do.

In other words, your defense of Trump still means he's a criminal. Well done.

Pretty standard Trumpist MO.

Sealion, demand proof, then downshift into dismissal, deflection, denial.

If it's all as cut and dried as you make it out, why haven't they charged and arrested Trump yet. We all know nothing short of a public execution would please Progressives more than a frog marching perp walk by Trump being broadcast around the world.

You tell us. Why do you think it is everyone else's job to do your book report for you? Argue for us why Trump would already have been indicted, if they felt they have a strong case. Make a point, like a big boy.

Typically once law enforcement has collected evidence of a crime they charge the person.

Haha, was that supposed to be clever, how you didn't mention any timeline? And now it is our job to sift through your vapid, meaningless comments?

You just can't do it, can you? You just can't.

My position has been crystal clear and steadfastly consistent. So far the only thing the government has done amounts to gossip mongering.

See? You just can't. Your fetishism has so thoroughly handicapped you, you cannot even make a simple point. The sum total of your intellectual faculties have been limited to a reenactment of the first 60 seconds of the Tucker Carlson show, and his list of nightly, idiot questions designed to confuse and obfuscate. Sad.

Your position has been to deny literally everything no matter how many times we tell you, as if that's some sort of logical standpoint.

Not a very good look.

I deny that the gov has made a compelling case to warrant the actions they took, because they have not done so.

Bummer for you. How frustrating it must be that events continue apace with no deference to your opinion.

We know that you do.

But literally nothing could ever warrant their actions in your mind. Trump could shoot someone in the face, in front of you, and you'd still be defending it somehow. That's how ridiculous your performance has been in this thread.

Yeah dude it's totally gnarly that the gov hasn't made a convincing case yet. It's got me really bummed, to the max.

Yeah, you think repeating your baseless, unargued and unevidenced opinion is support of that opinion. We have all come to realize this is your ceiling, in any discussion involving the orange demagogue.

You say this like the gov has presented a case equally as compelling as that when it's not the case.

Once again, nothing could ever be compelling enough. There is nothing that anyone will ever say to make you stop defending Trump. You will never stop defending him.

It's not my fault the government has decided that the public isn't important enough offer an explanation.
