Judge targeted by Trump is assigned to Signalgate lawsuit

The problem isn't with the security of Signal messages.
The problem was who was invited to the group chat.

That the left leaning watchdog group brought the law suit isn't a surprise, nor is that they filed their suit with this judge.

Should this judge want to demonstrate his integrity, he's recuse himself for reasons of bias, which he's already demonstrated, so we'll see if he does.

The crooked judge won't recuse himself because he's part of the scam to bring Trump's people down. He'll take his sweet time with this.
Also, the Democrats and their crooked legacy media will keep this fiasco, they no doubt helped to create, alive until after the midterms. I have no doubt the Democrats found someone who is responsible for illegally adding creepy boy, Democrat Goldberg's name to the chat. Who else would do this but them? Yeah, there's a conspiracy. The Trump administration should now go over everything they say and do with a fine-toothed comb. Also, Goldberg should have told the powers that be that his name was added in error to a chat two days before the actual chat began. Why didn't he? He was in on it.

While it may have been judged as having vulnerabilities 8 years ago, that doesn't mean that's still true today, nor in in 2017, where it appears to have been 'called Signal “the gold standard of encrypted messaging” — and admitted it was used by Obama and Hillary Clinton staffers.'

In my mind I'm not ready to declare the judge as crooked.
It is pretty clear that he's biased against the administration, OK, fine. In my mind that poses a legitimate reason for the judge to recuse himself, of accept the expected administration's request for a reassignment.

All this yet to be determined and made public, from my view.
