Judge Strips mother of Parental Rights for being Natural Non-Vaccinated Human

Good for the judge for protecting the children from this dangerous and irresponsible parent who would put her child at risk of Covid for no good reason.

In a case like this the judge is primarily concerned with the well-being of the child.

I expect her excuse for not getting vaccinated didn't hold water. Judges don't like being lied to.
 
I never stopped being surprised by the cruelty of the left.
 
The reality is mom made this decision. All she has to do to resume in-person family visits with her child is get vaccinated
Thus far her not getting vaccinated takes a higher priority than her desire to see her child

So if the unvaccinated mother gives her child covid and the child dies, which is happening more often to children with the Delta variant, is the judge still being Cruel? Children should not be put in danger because of their parent's political beliefs.

What is the probability of that happening if mom is allowed visitation?

It would be much more likely that the child would die in a car crash when mom drives him from dad's house to hers, but we don't end visitation because of that possibility.

Using children for political points is disgusting, with all due respect.

Maybe we should let her do Russian Roulette. Small chance. Over 30 million have been infected with Covid in the US and we are in a crisis with the Delta variant. You should be ashamed.

There's no way to remove all risks from life. Stay home and hide from everything and your home may be struck by lightening, thus foiling your plan to live forever with no danger.

You're a smart man, will you admit that the probability of dying in a car accident is greater than the probability of dying of COVID for a child?

Those who use the deaths of children for their political ends should be ashamed.

Leave the kids alone, the vaccine is not even approved for them under emergency use.

Stop stealing their educations and stunting their social development to score political points.

Those who both put children at risk for nothing AND make a perverse accusation about the people protecting the children politicizing the children when it's their politics killing children should be ashamed, and I'm too disgusted with your posting to keep reading more.

Not quite what is going on, but yes, this is puzzling. Google the story. It seems that not all facts are we are to believe. Shall we wait until we know more about the parents?

There probably is.

I'm guessing the father is abusing the child in some way and is anxious to have the judge find an excuse to cut mom out of the picture so that the abuse goes unreported. If the father wanted the mother to have visitation, why not instruct his own lawyer to argue against the judges decision?
