Not quite. He was so afraid for his life after getting knocked down with a broken nose, jumped on and his head repeatedly slammed into the ground, that he felt the need to react.

I am sure that if you ever find yourself in that position, you will politely ask the offender to check to make sure the wounds aren't bad enough that you should fear for your life before taking an action.

"Umm.. Excuse me Mr Assaulter. I am really in a lot of pain from what you are doing to me. Can you check my wounds and see if I am indanger of being seriously injured? That way I'll know wether I should shoot you or just continue taking this beating."

Zimmerman spent years practicing setting people up with dispatchers. If no one can figure out that Zimmerman should not have had a gun, then that is a reason why guns should be more controlled. It is important to sudy how decieptful liars like Zimmerman operate. There are some people who will set you up, and you need to know which ones they are, and how to avoid getting caught in their traps.

For those who want concealed carry expanded, they shold start slamming Zimmerman, because Zimmerman is a prime example of why concealed carry is not always a good idea.

She can read a lab report... TM's fingerprints weren't on the gun.

In the interview that Sharon was relying on, Weintraub clearly stated she had no idea but was just guessing that Trayvon's fingerprints were not on the gun and Trayvon would have a bullet in his back. Sharon was hoping we wouldn't notice that she was really just taking guesses and hadn't any direct knoweldge.

I'm not going ot go searching for something you say is out there. I already did that with the quote you provided of Weintraub. Quote and link what you want me to read. I suspect you wont, though. You added a new level of grotesque falsifying in you claiming Zimmerman is a member of a skinhead gang.

I claim you 100% made that up out of thin air. PROVE OTHERWISE.

Martin was a violent wannabe murderer and fortunately Zimmerman was armed - meaning Martin failed to murder Zimmerman and Martin will never, ever hurt anyone again. Martin was a violent punk and he made his own fate by attacking someone he thought was defenseless but wasn't. That was good luck for all of us.
